IDEA Lab Kids - East Oakville

Honestly, every child in Oakville is SO INCREDIBLY LUCKY to live in a city that has an Idea Lab available.This place will inspire your child to want to learn about everything. The staff are incredible - attentive, kind, patient, knowledgeable! I cannot rave about it enough.

I held my daughter’s birthday party here and the kids had a fantastic time. We went with the chemically explosive them for 20 kids. I was nervous that it would be chaotic with so many 5 and 6 year olds but the party hosts Erin, Rita and one other person were absolutely amazing. Very organized, engaging and super fun! Highly recommended :)

My daughter attended a birthday party today and had a fantastic time! The activities were fun and the 2 party hosts - Emma and Erin were extremely engaging with the kids. From walking the kids thru several activities, singing and dancing the hosts had the kids smiling the entire time!Highly recommend!

We hosted our son's seventh birthday (Minecraft Theme) in February here and it was a wonderful experience. The facility is spacious, clean and kid friendly. The staff are fabulous. They are amazing with kids and they made everything leading to the event seamless. I would book them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend! We're considering them for summer camps as well!

This was a great experience all around. I had my daughters 5 year old bday party there. Booking the event was very easy and the director as well as the staff was available to answer all our questions via all methods of communication (in person, phone, email). They were flexible and accomodated us till the last minute. We had a range of kids attending with their ages 2-10 years old. We picked the bubbly fun experiment. Some kids were hesitant at the beginning but the staff did a phenomenal job of making all of them feel comfortable and they got into the fun in no time. Great customer service, very accommodating and great fun!

We held our daughters 9 th birthday here over the weekend. Ryan and his staff were great to work with. Ryan checked in throughout the party to ensure we were happy or if we needed anything. The kids had a black light party (glow in the dark canvases, lava lamps and slime making). They had a glow in the dark crown for my daughter which was a nice, unexpected touch. My only suggestion for improvement would be they should have the first activity set up when the kids walk in the room, the less set up time and wait for the kids the better. We would host a party here again and recommend it!

This review is based on my daughter Elena's birthday party on April 16th - Royal Chambers theme. First off I want to say a big THANK YOU to Emma, Ryan, Rita, and Kim. We were the last party of the day and they still provided high energy, a happy attitude, and an engaging experience with the kids. We were looking for something different and unique and this was certainly what we were looking for. We had a party of around 20 kids and they all had a great time. We received a lot of praises from the parents and they expressed that they want to do the same for their kids Birthdays. We will definitely come back. Thank you again! Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.

My niece had her birthday here and it was amazing! The activities were engaging, the space was decorated beautifully and we loved the chalk board “birthday greeting”. The little extras were awesome too with the pizza! The girls leading the activities were so great with the kids! They were understanding and patient. They were even great with the adults, communicating with us about the upcoming activities. Will definitely be recommending to my own students and their families!

We had my daughter’s 5th birthday party here and it was a great time. Our theme was Black Light Ball and the kids had so much fun doing experiments, making slime and lava lamps. Ryan and Mackenzie lead the group and were so accommodating and helpful. Lots of room for us and the day went smoothly due to the great communication. Would recommend to all!
