I am not much for putting up ratings or providing comments but I was really touched by this companies sincere and genuine approach to AV service (noting both Natasha and Nick). They were so kind to help me review my quote from another company and provided recommendations on cost savings. This was extremely useful for me as a non AV expert, there are a lot of things that I am unfamiliar with but after talking to Natasha and Nick, it made me feel like they do what they do to genuinely help their customers and (for them) it's not always about the bottom line.
