This was the worst, travel agency I've ever used. We had to change our destination. Because of work interruptions. ( Which we pay for the insurance for that) Leslie tried to book two vacations on our credit card. Without my permission. After we straightened all of that out. We did not hear from her. I personally had to call the airlines to find out when my flight was leaving and what plane I was on. I personally had to call the hotel to find out how I'm getting from the airport to the hotel. She waited 16 hours before we left to send us our itinerary. At that point, I've already panicked and looked everything up. Are seats on the airplane were booked separate from each other, on the way there. And as for the way back. Our ride was set up to drop us off at the airport four and a half hours early. Then the layover, I don't even know how they allowed her to book the flights that way. 1hour and 25min, layover. To go through customs, pick up your bags from baggage claim, go back through security, back to recheck bag. Then make it 3 miles away ( Chicago airport) to make it to your plane. Literally me and my fiance were running!! Worse experience we've ever had traveling. As for the resort, I was informed that she's booking us in an all adults area. That was not true. After talking to other people at the resort, We paid about $1,000 more than everybody else. Wow.I will never book another trip with Leslie, She does not answer emails or phone calls. Leaves you hanging and then acts like nothing's wrong. It was just peachy!** So after she read her review she called me, wow. I finally got a call back. And she's blaming this on the airlines and on her other associates. I don't understand why people can't accept that they made a mistake and own up to it.

Absolutely worst experience ever. Resort was nice but the communication from Leslie was horrible. We had to fend for ourselves. No itenary 48 hours before. We blew up email and telephone to get response 16 hours before leaving. Now I know why because the flight arrangements to and from hands down worse planning ever. I would shop around prices because Leslie was about 700$ higher then other guest there. We had layovers that were un attainable. Especially for anyone physically limited or elder folks. With the price she charged direct flights should have been possible. She showed favoritism toward 1 side of destination wedding. Not being professional for both sides of wedding. petty and unprofessional!I will never use her again. Would recommend using another travel agent.

Issues our non-profit group for people with disabilities had with Travel Leaders Clinton Township (Owner Leslie Roberts):1- Mainly communication. Not calling or emailing people back since October 2022. Once most people paid their deposits it was difficult to get any to answer the phone or call us back. We booked 11 rooms and 9 rooms were never booked at all because they did not receive a callback or even emailed back. Since several of us had already paid our deposit I called Leslie and told her of the issues my group was having regarding not getting ahold of her. She denied all responsibility. The next day I called on 3-way with a member who wanted to book and was told by Emily she would call us back; no callback. Member decided not to go on the cruise because they were worried we were involved in a scam. This was a huge disappointment for several members as we basically cut our group in half because of no response.2-We had 2 couples with the same room number. Multiple calls and emails with no correction.3- We had a few couples whose sail date showed Sept 2023 from the paperwork that Leslie from Travel leaders sent. However, our sail date was October 2023.4-Multiple rooms have asked multiple times about drink packages. She still has not given information.5-Multiple rooms have asked about which excursions are accessible. No information has been given.6-Insurance for the trip was never offered to the group. I asked about it recently and added it to my package. Her assistant then called the next day to tell me I needed additional coverage for the hotel and one for airfare. I think this could have been bundled to save me the additional cost.7- No payment plan was ever given and this caused major confusion amongst the group regarding final payment etc. Multiple members called and asked for this information and was never informed.8-Our members feel once the deposit money was taken she was unavailable, out of the office, on the phone, and will call you back EVERY time.9-We needed to know if all stops will be a dock or a tender (boat); if so how will the wheelchairs depart? Never was able to get a response; Emily stated she would look that information up but never received it. I had to call Royal Caribbean myself and they gave me the information. They did not want to help because we were using a travel agent. I had to get the group ID which Emily would not part with but after I explained our situation R.C. was nice enough to answer some of our multiple questions.10-Pool lift request was not made per Royal Caribbean. The R.C. rep also confirmed the request for the ADA lift was not made even though it had been requested several times to our travel agent.11-Spoke with Ann at Travel Leaders (Headquarters) and she informed me that Leslie's company is not a part of travel leaders and this is why they could not help. They told me to reach out to Royal Caribbean. Royal Caribbean told me the easiest way would be for Leslie to allow the transfer. We cannot have a cancellation because this would release the accessible rooms. And since there are very few wheelchair-accessible rooms we requested a release from Leslie. Even though Leslie knew we would lose our ADA accessible she refused to release the rooms so we could use a travel agent who was available to handle our cruise. She also refused to waive the $100 per couple fee due to her negligence and unprofessionalism. If we had better service and responses we would not have moved to another company. I am concerned for anyone who uses her and her company. Her emails were rude and condescending and she WILL NEVER get business from any of our 300 members again!We had to get our attorney involved due to Travel Leader’s lack of responsibility for the total dismay of our cruise. Please do yourself a favor and choose another company!
