Worst customer service I've had all year. My assistant bought some swag here for my 2 nieces, but it turns out two of the baseball caps were the wrong size (infant!) When she went back to try and exchange the items one hour later, they did not have the correct size for my nieces, so she asked for a refund instead. They categorically would not give her a refund, and were quite rude to me when I talked to them on the phone. She was never given a proper receipt when she first bought the items, and was never informed that all sales were final (this wasn't a sale, or discontinued merchandise, etc - full priced items!) What a terrible way to run a business, run, don't walk away from this shady enterprise.
