Worst customer service didn't want my 2 year old to eat in the store!!!!

Love the clothing at Roots, they are my favourite chill out clothes my 1 star review is not because of their clothes, I’m giving a 1 star review because an employee who always seems in a bad mood, I had the bad fortune of having her helping me at the cash register the last two times I been there. I was asking a couple of questions and she was rude and had a bad attitude, she doesn’t make me feel welcome at this location, I rather go to a different location where employees are always nice to me. Never had anyone at any other Roots store talking to me like that.

Employees didn’t care. I waited at the cash for a few minutes and had to ask someone folding clothes nearby if they’d cash me out.

The employees were so nice and helpful. Didn’t get their names but they were amazing.

Nice store. Friendly staff. But very small and limited selection. They did not have the vest I wanted even though the website said it was in stock there.

I had a good experience and the staff were friendly to me and approachable

Staff make a clear effort to make sure you leave with what you need. Small store but will order online for you if something is not available in-store. Staff are very knowledgable about all the products; from different types of leather offered, to the different clothing styled for every season. Every time I come into Erin Mills Roots it is an experience the whole way through.

Went Christmas shopping for my kids teachers gifts. I was approached by different staff at least 3x and I politely declined I do not need assistance. They were uberly friendly with the tone of are you here to steal or can you afford which was really bothersome. The cashier whom I spoke to earlier knew who it was for asked... oh you know with gift receipts they can't return it anymore? Obviously duh! By the way none of the said staff were colored... Roots maybe try giving them a workshop about discrimination. I'm leaving this review just in case there are more people with similar experiences. One extra star because my kids teachers loved their Roots stuff and they deserved it!

Very original Canadian store . when im there i feel im in a forest between the trees and animals .. I smell the wood and the leather .And as a bonus ..the staff are friendly too.

Terrible customer service on more than one occasion.Typical Roots store, nice things but not made in Canada.
