The healing space held by Sally is one of empathy, understanding, and adventure. To enter this space is to explore one’s deepest self, with guidance from a practitioner who sees but does not judge.Sally’s focus on physical daily practice allows me to get outside of my mind and into my body where so much of my trauma is held.I trust Sally very much, and I feel that trust is intrinsic to my healing.
