I too was hesitant due to all the bad reviews. However, I desperately needed the part and it was in stock so I took a chance. Online order was very easy, description or name of part was a bit suspect and there were no pictures on the item to confirm. However, I trusted the assembly pic they provided to choose which part I needed. Price was a bit higher than other competitors but it was in stock. Ordered 2 on Friday and got exactly what I wanted by Monday afternoon through Purolator. The packaging was extremely generous (huge box with tons of bubble wrap) but I'm sure it is to ensure that my order doesnt get damaged. Happy customer here.

So like many of the reviews here. I need to submit dispute the charge of 72.00 for the drawers for my fridge I ordered in June. The last update was July 4th stating they are waiting on my item to come in, when clearly it states in was in stock. No follow up. Listened to the recording that states they are unable to answer the phone due to Corona. Just beware. As of today, they were not shipped. I cancelled the order 2-3 days for a refund. I'm still disputing it.

I ordered a replacement part for my refrigerator last week and it is installed today. Process was easy for me. Part was simple to locate on the website. Shipping was quick. I was a little hesitant to place an order after reading the reviews but I personally had a great experience.

After reading lots of negative reviews I was hesitant to order. But after pricing out the parts from a local appliance store I decided to order my parts on line for my dishwasher. I ordered on a Monday morning. The parts were shipped the same day and arrived on Thursday. Everything arrived as ordered and worked prefect. For those of you who don't understand electronics, In no industry can you return an electronic part. I don't care if it was never installed, You can not return it. Allot of the bad reviews were people who had no idea what they were doing. Thank you for your great service.

Same story as everyone else: refusing to refund me. Plus, one of the parts I received (when they finally sent me the right part) only lasted a month.

Surprised to read some of the negative reviews here. My experience was nothing but positive. I ordered a replacement rack for my oven, which arrived 3 days later, but then it turned out we didn't need it as we found the missing rack, so I emailed them and they sent me a form to complete, with a mailing label. I put it on the box, shipped it back, and got the refund on my Visa. Now, I am out shipping, of course, but it was our error, so I don't expect them to cover that. All in all, a very swift process and I would not hesitate to order from them again.

I personally had a great shopping experience with Easy Appliance Parts Canada. The customer service rep (Kim) was very helpful and informative, the ordering process was quick - I suggest that you place your order over the phone instead of online. I placed my order yesterday (April 9th) at 1pm [3pm eastern time in NS], received my purchase notification within 2 minutes, order was shipped an hour later, and received my shipment the following day at 12:30pm. I live in AB, and the package was sent from Woodbridge, ON. I am especially impressed with the way my items were packed. At first, I was also very hesitant to order from this company, due to all the negative reviews I have read. However, after comparing all the prices from eBay, Amazon and local appliance part stores, I decided to take a chance since the last few reviewers had a good experience. Also, many customers seem to have an issue with EAP's electrical items and since the items that I needed are small and non-electrical (i.e. oven door gasket and 2 grease filters), I took the risk and saved over $75. I was really worried that the grease filters will get bend/damaged during shipping because I read that the packaging is poor and having to go through the No Hassle Return is the last thing I would want to do. As you can see, they were well protected by cardboard covers and not shoved into a padded envelope. Super easy if you consider calling them 5 times to get a status update easy.Super easy if you consider waiting 3 months longer than expected to get our product easy.Very disappointed. Customer service (Barb) was fine but it’s just frustrating when you don’t get a straight answer and have to constantly follow up. We waited 3 months for a fridge drawer and nobody seemed to feel the list but bothered over there that it took so long.
