Where can I begin, working with Shawna from White Orchid was flawless! She has an amazing calm, collected energy and was a true professional. I like that she provided me with tools to be organized with my wedding. They were really helpful to both me and fiancee.On our wedding day she was exceptional at knowing where to be at the right time, so that we didn't have to think about anything. When it comes to wedding coordinators, we could not recommend Shawna enough. She is utterly composed, has keen attention to detail, and manages to solve problems without ever knowing they were there in the first place. If you’re looking for someone to help you plan your day - a day that will be more significant than any other - look no further.

The first thing I will say, that is if you are on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator: do it. At first we weren’t sure we needed one and debated it for a while but in the end we decided to hire Shawna and now it’s my number 1 tip for people planning a wedding. Shawna was amazing from the very first phone call and gave us check lists to follow throughout the months to help make sure everything was on track and made us feel like we had everything together! Most people planning a wedding have never done it before and have really no idea what to expect so having someone like Shawna is key to make sure both small and big details don’t get missed. She helped create the day of timeline for us ahead of time so everybody knew what to expect. She ran our rehearsal and wow I did not know the details that went into that and I can safely say that without her guidance- our ceremony would have been a gong show. I cannot say enough good things about how our wedding day went. I had zero stress the entire day because everything was so well taken care of and organized. We had a lot of people in our wedding but everything still ran on time and so smoothly. As the bride and groom- you literally get pulled in every direction possible so having Shawna there was life saving because I sure wasn’t able to keep track of time and tell people when speeches and dances were etc. Shawna was very communicative, supportive and truly made this the best day for us. She is very professional, has great relationship with other vendors and really cares about each couple. I don’t plan on getting married again but would definitely hire Shawna again in a heart beat!

We had Shawna help us with day-of planning for our wedding. She was a pleasure to work with, keeping us on schedule, and had great communication throughout the planning process.
