Customer service was subpar. The one lady was aloof, and wouldn't explain anything. I felt like as the customer I had to ask the employee probing questions, when that's HER job! Ask the probing questions to get more information about what the customer is doing to ensure they have the correct product. Maybe if she had listen to us for just one moment she would have been able to provide better customer service. The best part was after she argued colour theory with me, and how yellow and Blue do not equal green (which they do), she left us to help another customer.... Just awful. The other employee came back from brake and rang us through and she at least seemed nice and friendly. The only reason the store is getting a 3, is because at least they carry good product. But if this was based only on service they would get a 1.

Hi All !. I wanted to leave this review on the blond brilliance toner + conditioner . I was soooooo skeptical on if I should trust this product or not. I’m incredibly happy that I did because I have salt & pepper hair & it has brightened up my white & silver . It’s not drying at all & doesn’t turn my hair purple. I’m not sure what this woman’s name is but she has pink hair & she is a very friendly & honest & super helpful person. Thanks to her my hair is getting the best quality treatment.

Hit or miss with this place. They have lots of very good products but sometimes the staff don’t seem like they know what they are talking about.. 1. Was looking for hair dye in a ponytail (I already knew what I was purchasing, I’ve bought it before) and the lady asked me to take my hair out to see if it would be a good match to my ends (same colour of the dye). I said my hair was greasy so I didn’t want to. She offered me … a napkin … for my day 2 oily hair … which would do what exactly? Hahaha was funny but I enter with headphones now so I can shop alone

Taylor was soo so helpful (pink hair)! She took the time to answer all of my questions (which were many)! Super patient, knowledgeable and friendly!Definitely will be coming back here! Thanks again Taylor! Excited to try out the products you recommended

Best customer service! I called early in the morning to make sure the items I wanted were available. The lady with red dyed hair, I forgot to ask her name, oops, saved them for me to make sure they were still available upon my arrival , although I didn’t ask that. So, friendly!

I hate writing bad reviews, I really do, but today when I entered this sallys location, it was the worst customer service I've ever received. I work in customer service too and I would never speak to a customer the way I was spoken to. I walked in knowing what I was looking for, a lady with pink/red hair walked up to me and proceeded to tell me dying my hair with this product would be pointless. I've seen/read reviews online, ive watched videos of people using this, I've done my research and so I wanted to as it was the perfect black hair dye. This girl told me if she were me she would stick to box dye" I proceeded to say thanks for you help hoping she would leave me alone as what she was saying was not nice nor helpful. After this employee would not leave me alone and continued to tell me how I shouldn't use the product I was there for I just walked out. Don't waste your time here

Like shopping at this Sally's location. Always find what I need/want. Even it is a small store, they have enough options to choose from. Prices are very reasonable. Sometimes they have sales and you can walk away with a really good hair dryer for example, at a very good price. Good customer service and helpful staff. Kudos to the lady that was there on Saturday, June 12th. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

The store is quite small, but it had everything I needed. I asked a store worker with pink hair, she was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to get a tub of bleach, developer, toner, purple shampoo, and clips!
