Been to Dupont many times in the past for servicing and they were doing a good job for the price they charged. However, recently, I feel that they started charging every little things and the fees in comparison to the past is quite high. For example, I went there for a tire issue, Mozam checked my car for about 10 minutes and was not able to find the cause and still went on charging me even though he was unable to find the issue?! Was a loyal customers for years but now I’m really disappointed.

Unfortunately did not have the best experience here. Brought my car in for a brake light switch lamp replacement, which has been causing me issues (car engine not starting unless brake switch wiggled). They made the swap but clearly not well, as the car became very unsafe on the road as I was driving home. I ended up being unable to drive the car, pulled over, and then the car wouldn’t drive after. I called them for help; they claimed that the brake light switch was not the issue. I switched the part back to the old one, and was able to drive properly again. When I went back to get a refund on the part and service, he wouldn’t refund me on the service, despite the service making the car unsafe to drive. Would not recommend this auto shop.

I would give these guys 10 stars if I could. Moazam and his team are professional, knowledgeable and quick. I have taken both domestic and German cars there and they were equally proficient with all makes and models. Plus the pricing is fair. A gem of a shop hidden in the middle of Toronto!

Very happy with my experience here. I was in the area and ended up with a nail in my tire. I went by a few places that were closest but they all would not plug it for me asking me to wait up to 6+ hours.We then called here and they had no issue quickly getting us in and repaired. Back on the road within 20 minutes! A life saver and very much appreciated!

I had an issue with my left front turn signal because, as it turned out, rats (or some animal with sharp teeth) chewed through my wires in 3 separate places. I didn’t feel safe driving without my left bulb working, so I went to 2 different places to try and squeeze in an appointment. I must have called at least 6-7 different auto shops. I was turned away from all of them. One place (Mr. Lube) even tried to rinse me by saying they could temporarily tape up my wires and rat-proof my engine. Long story short, Moazam at DuPont Auto Repair was a godsend. He said he’d be able to repair my car asap. I drove to their location (which I missed a couple of times because it’s hidden behind a car wash!) and was greeted with extreme professionalism. Being a female driver, my biggest fear is getting ripped off by mechanics. But Moazam and his brother quoted me a fair price (I asked my family and friends who are car enthusiasts, and they said I got a decent deal) and fixed my electrical wires the same day. I’m so happy they were kind enough to help me out on such short notice. I would highly recommend them!

Ten star place. Last week I was visiting my family in Toronto. While I was in Toronto My car check engine light came on and car started shaking. Called so many shops but no one had time to take my car. it was a closing time. While searching the internet we saw this shop which was still open. So we called them and explained to them the situation. they told us to bring it in. It was 15 minutes away. We were scared that we were not from Toronto and didn’t know where to go. When we went there the guy name Rana took the car, diagnosed it and ten minutes after they found the problem. The guy showed me one of the plug was loose on the air pipe. Installed the plug back and cleared the light and in half an hour we were back on road. He didn’t even charged us. He offered us the coffee as well. Such a nice person. Thank you Mr. Rana. Highly recommend.

Moazam and Usman are great people. They are empathetic, flexible and understanding. They go an extra mile and explain the cause of the issue so it never happens again. They have tailored solutions for every individual client and try to save you as much money as possible while maintaining quality. I would recommend them any day of the week.

We went to Toronto yesterday, Easter Saturday. Unfortunately, got flat tire. We can't find any help from the dealership, service department were closed. We were so desperate because we were from out of town , if the car doesn't get fixed, we would be homeless in Toronto. We googled and find this nearby auto shop. We got there around 3, just 1.5 hour before their closing. The owner is so helpful and kind. He helped to phone Canadian Tire and other places to find the tires. Finally, he found somewhere in Scarborough. He send his staff to pick up the tires for us. It took 1.5 hour for this trip. He was efficient to finish the job once the tires has arrived. We were only charged for the tires and labor, very reasonable. He didn't put down any charges for picking up the tires and overtime. We felt really lucky to find this autoshop. This is a business with a good heart. Thank you so much for all the help. We can enjoy a dinner in Toronto and arrive home safely. Wish there are more business like them, with a good heart.

I'm relatively new to owning a vehicle and stopped by to get a quote on repairing some light damage to my bumper. They were able to fix it in minutes and didn't charge me. Moazam and his team were extremely pleasant and I'll definitely be going to them for all my future maintenance!
