Very confused with the sudden changes of how the service is handled. We started taking our dog here over a year ago without issues, now suddenly my dog’s service is refused because he gets anxious. It is disappointing within a few minutes of dropping him off, we get a call to come get him. He has never bit anyone. There seems to be a major lack of confidence in this establishment. Prior to his last 2 attempted visits, we received no feedback stating any aggression in his behaviour. He’s a 12 pound dog who gets nervous around strangers who also behave nervously.

Confession: I've never taken my cat here to be groomed, I just buy food and toys and such for her. And it has pretty much everything I want.

Always greeted at the entrance with a Hello and a Happy smile And Have a Great Day when I check out !!

The women there says she knows me? Wants to keep a record of my dead hamster from 2 years ago? What about my live hamster every three months. What a horrible experience.

We brought our husky here in the Spring time earlier this year for the FURminator package/bath, and we couldn’t have been happier! He came out looking as handsome as ever, and smelling like a true gentleman! The girls are kind and knowledgeable, and we feel very comfortable leaving our fur baby with them to work their magic!

Do not recommend. I took my Aussie here for a basic bath and brush. I figured since it was just a bath I didn't need to do my research and choose a specialized groomer. Mistake. It took them 3 hours to bathe him. He was still wet and they had not been able to brush or trim his sanitary area (which I specifically asked for). They said he was too nervous - I had told them it was his first time, as I normally bathe and blow dry him myself. I asked what they do to help calm the pups down and make it a good experience and they had no answer. I had watched the last portion of the groom and saw the groomer try to brush his bottom, he sat down to avoid it, and she immediately gave up and put him in a crate. I was charged full price even though they did not finish the process.
