Petro-Canada & Car Wash

Pleasant attendant, but car wash was useless. Went there not expecting a thorough wash, but this was totally unsatisfactory. Front and back were barely cleaned and had to be recleaned by hand. Back window and side panels also remained somewhat soiled. All in all, a waste of time and money.

can we give zero stars? useless car wash. and customer service.petro canada has a magical way to make simple things hard. take today for example. waited for a fairly long time to get gas and couldnt understand why. then i find at the pump that it does not seem to have a functioning tap function and cant read cr cards. ok well the atm card did work. then went to get a car wash at the same branch after waiting for 10 min or more i could not understand what the problem was in terms of timing. then i get to the terminal and i understand. the machine has a small handwritten sign that says the scanner does not work for the barcode and use the manual number after a few minutes of trying to make it work. pushed button to ask for assistance after 5 min some answered. i told them we did not have a manual number could they help us to understand. they seemed confused and suggested we drive through without getting the car wash and buy card. why did i even bother trying. petro canada is trying to compete with air canada and bell for quality of service. avoid them all. and especially this branch at richmond and fanshawe.

It’s always more expensive than the nearby gas stations and other Petro Canada is within the same area. It’s always at least $.03-$.05 more

This location has worst employees who suggest me to buy separate car wash even though I bought 3-month car wash pass because there app is crashed. Wow!

The staff is horrible. The worst attitudes I’ve ever experienced and dangerous for women. I was being harassed by another customer - male- and the employee was witnessing the entire thing. She wouldn’t let me pay right away to escape the situation and allowed him to stay in the store yelling things at me while I waited in line. I didn’t even want to pay inside but there was an issue with their machine and she instructed me to come inside over the speaker. It was disgusting.

They have a decent car wash, but if you want a perfect wash, you should do it yourself.

Good carwash, it has two tiers of soft clothes spinning around the vehicle. I find car cleaned good enough for a similar car wash especially compared to a toothless.

By far the worst Petro Canada in Ontario. Gas is always more expensive than other gas stations. Always out of paper for receipt. What’s the point of paying at the pump when you have to go in to grab your receipt. One of the full time staff, a middle aged lady that works here is rude also. I’ll put water in my vehicle before I pay for gas at this Petro.

Car wash didn’t work and Abitha gave no solution or any kindness with a very poor attitude

Currently standing here in the store. Pumps say interac is accepted. They let me pump gas but debit isn't working. Just standing here, essentially held hostage while the cashier shrugs her shoulders...
