terrible service,didn't listen to what i wanted,cut my bangs sooooo short,took 3 months to be normal again,don't go there!.

J’avais un rendez-vous pour des mèches et me faire couper la pointe. Après avoir faite mes mèches elle me coupe les cheveux en me demandant si je veux un dégradé. Je lui réponds non je veux droit. Quand elle fini juste avant de me donner le miroir, elle me dit j’ai fait un dégradé car tu en avait plus. GRRRRRRR je venais de dire NON. J’ai en plus presque pas de mèches.Quand je regarde dans le miroir je suis un peu déçu mais bon, je me dis je ne reviendrai pas. Arrivée à la maison je me regarde dans le miroir encore une fois et quoi…. ELLE M’A BRÛLÉ LES CHEVEUX EN ARRIÈRE.Mes cheveux sont croche en dégradé et brûlé. Je ne conseil même si cela fait 17 ans qu’elle travail là.Si au moins elle me l’avait dit et que je n’avais pas payé.150 + 30 en pourboire.

Terrible service

Great service, Julie did an amazing job on my hair! Its hard finding someone for curly hair but she was fantastic!

I made an appointment and was appointed the owner (apparently) to cut my hair. I waited over 30 minutes past my appointment before I was actually served since the owner was talking with his customer after finishing his haircut (I get it, it's the early morning it's not that busy but come on; show some professionalism). When he finally saw me, the owner then tells me that he would not cut my hair; reason being is that the hair length that I wanted would not look nice. I told him that I was donating my hair and it had to be a specific length, so I didn't care if it looked bad but he was still adamant on not cutting my hair. The owner gave me attitude, was not cooperative and did not intend to find compromise. I went to another salon and they promptly cut my hair with no excuses and I donated 10 worth of hair to kids with cancer. It only took them 20 minutes to cut and touch up my hair meaning the situation wasn't complicated
