Not very good customer service.Also, I've had a few times where I ordered something via the app and when I get there they say they can neither provide me with the exact ordered items nor fully refund me. I don't want their refunds or replacement anyways, I just want what I ordered. If they don't have the item, they should have updated their system so the app reflects that. And don't tell me the app doesn't check with them somehow cause at least that's what it says it does, which make sense that they should.I've given 2 instead of 1 star just cause they can at least give me the correct coffee-only orders. But that's about it. Don't expect much else.

Staff isn’t very friendly!… Aways get the order wrong or forget sauce I ask for in the wrap/sandwich and coffee taste water down….

Over 15 mins in the drive through, ordered a small vanilla coconut latte and a cheese croissant. Unfortunately my latte was missing the whipped cream, really ruined the experience. Didn’t bother to go back to correct the order, who has 30 mins to waste at Tim’s?!?

terrible service. been to this place many times to grab tims for coworkers and myself during work, and they continue to disappoint. They not only forget our order but mess it up as well. yesterday my coworker was told to wait at the front when they went through drive through and even then they only brought out one wrap instead of two and insisted they only ordered one. On top of that there was raw bacon in one of the wraps. luckily we caught it but that is unacceptable. plus, today i ordered a regular chili but they as always they miss half the order and don't give me any bread. this is ridiculous! I given them multiple tries on different days and they are consistently getting it wrong especially when you order any food/meals. they need better service, I would not recommend anyone to go here. The worst tims I've been too.

Used an offer to get a regular medium iced capp and was pleasantly surprised with a mocha iced capp! Servers were generous and hospitable, providing fast service during a busy time of day.

If your closing time as per your staff members is 11 PM , how come you guys stop serving dinner items by 8:50 or 9PM itself. I know you have to clean the machines and stuff but that needs to be done while you are serving the customers. This is literally a bizarre reason for not serving guests dinner. You should simply say that we are not in a mood to bake any items at the back end.

Pretty basic Tim Hortons .I had the breakfast meal with double double.The bagel sandwich tasted very good along with Hashbrown .Double Double had a bot of a different taste but still very good.
