Curt helped me get my daughter and I into a safe, reliable vehicle after I spent extensive money trying to fix my old one. The tire pressure sensor came on and within a few days I had an appointment covered at no cost. It was a low pressure buying situation, which I very much appreciated.

I noticed that I had a low tire even after putting air in it a few times. I was doing errands on a Friday afternoon and noticed it was low again so I went directly to Watkin Motors. They were not positive if they could fit me in but they would really try. They were very busy but the ladies were all very helpful.In the end they had a cancelation and were able to check my tire and found a nail in it.I had my vehicles back within a couple hours!

I have owned a few Ford vehicles over the last 20 years and the experience you get from Watkins is top notch!Dropped my vehicle off for a service in their inside drop off area which is super nice, tire switch over and possibly some break work. After only a couple hours had the text that vehicle was ready to go and the breaks were not needing to be done yet. Bonus!Everyone I talked to at the service counter was nice and helpful. Service was done well and didn’t make a mess of my ride or move anything inside and was clean and ready to go.Will always be getting my vehicle serviced at Watkins Ford

Curt has been absolutely amazing to deal with. I didn’t buy a vehicle through him but he coached me through purchasing a Ford Explorer and has been absolutely incredible. I plan on in the future trading my vehicle in and upgrading and it will be through Curt for sure! Plus I plan on getting all of my services done through Watkin Motors all because of Curt’s kind heart and hard work. Cannot recommend him enough. If there was an option for 10 stars I’d give it to him!

Completely unimpressed with their service department. I was just trying to inquire about getting my car fixed and what my options were and the woman at the service counter said her piece, that she couldn't help me and insurance would have to take care of it and then instead of helping me answer a question or 2 that I had she hung up.I will eventually have to get a new car and I WILL NEVER EVER EVER BUY FROM VERNON FORD.Unreal that a dealership has employees that can't even be decent human beings and treat others with kindness.This dealership doesn't deserve my hard earned cash and was so rude. 0/100 recommend.

Fantastic service start to finish. Lorne was patient, professional and overall a great salesman to deal with. Sherry in finance was clear and punctual with all the details which made us feel comfortable with the numbers.
