I have worked there and found that this company pushes there employees hard. The numbers that they need for there daily goal is hard to reach unless you are a robot. The employees were very stressed from work that they needed to do.

This company is one of the worst places I have worked. The air inside is very polluted. The people working there are divided into two groups. The ancients who have long years of work are the company's favorites, the new workers are just a commodity on demand, and they have little value and few salaries. The salary increase system is very bad

This place has given me a lot. HR here is very generous. I love people of Exkor.

This place doesn't treat there employees good at all . It's a dead.end job with no respect given by management at all to the floor employees!!!

Do not work here, much better places to work at around the city. They fired my mom during her treatment of her carpal tunnel syndrome which was part of the workplace injury. She had carpal tunnel syndrome on both of her hands and had surgery on her left hand a year ago. Due to some complications in her surgery by the doctor, she was going through treatment and this company kept asking her to come work. She still had to go through her right hand surgery but they decided to terminate her, so they won't have to pay her for her medical absence and all the medical needs. They also enjoy it when they fire someone. I was clearly able to read the face of the manager when they fired her that she feeling good firing an employee that served this company for 4 years but didn't care once she was injured at work.Honestly I always felt bad my mom had to work here especially when it was hot in the building during summer hours and constantly forces their employees to switch shifts every 2 weeks. Employees never have good rest and end up breaking down before getting in their senior years. Once the employee get injured, they will start looking for ways to terminate you so you are on your own during your medical absence. WSIB also favours them so don't get your hopes up on them either.Feel free to contact me if you ever want to see my mom's condition inperson.

Linamar is a good place to work.

Heavily polluted inside.Super hot.Management don't care about you.But if you want too make lots of money, and work lots of hours with no life..it's a great job.Just watch out for E. Slieman.And a broad named Nada.
