No one will be here to help you onsite. Everything is automated and if you have questions you have to call some customer service and wait until they get some one else to give them some info lol. People park in your spot,no trolley to take your luggage. No property manager on-site,no front desk support. Just leaves you alone to figure out everything once you book the suite

I do not recommend this place and this management.Felt discrimination while under-going my application process.The head office asked me to provide unusually excessive personal information and the office worker tried to imitate my pronunciation via phone call when I mispronounce with their name. I am sorry to have my Korean accent and I will not change it to fit for you. After all that, I was asked to provide co-signor or pay entire lease term in advance which would be out of my dictionary.They know that I work for the government, they know that I have about 50k in possession, they know that my previous rent is higher than this place and they know that I have a good credit score.Thanks for wasting my time.

I lived in that building for five years before moving to another city. Great location. Good quality condo style design. Very quiet. Building Mgmt is friendly and helpful. Superintendent Clark can resolve any issues in my unit in a timely manner. Highly recommended.
