Dave was super responsive to my inquiry and to do an inspection of my apartment! He did a thorough job inspecting my furniture and was very knowledgeable, he explained what the process was like and what we were looking for while inspecting. Highly recommend!

Shawn was excellent to work with. He was on time, accessible, and dependable. I had bed bugs in my rental unit and he was able to identify the source, treat the unit, follow up, and eradicate all bugs. We developed a plan and he executed it perfectly. I would suggest this company to anyone who's in desperate need of pest control, and who wants an effective and timely solution.

Very positive experience so far.Both Tom and Shawn have been very helpful and professional. Dealing with critters can be distressing, but The Bug Guys' understanding and reassuring attitude creates a sense of trust in a customer. They are quick to respond, accommodating, and very punctual. During the initial visit, Tom took time to inspect my place, listened to my concerns, shared his expertise with me and made recommendations. That's why I hired them instead of someone else. Before my experience with them, I never would have thought to put “pest control” and “amazing customer service” in the same sentence. What a delightful surprise when dealing with The Bug Guys. Tom was excellent at explaining the nature of my issue and his strategy to solve it (which worked like a charm). Love that this is a locally owned business trying to take care of their community. the service level provided by this company is top notch! they are knowledgeable, polite and get the work done as quick as they can. even though my rental company had a miscommunication with me which almost resulted in our spray being delayed, sean made time in his day to complete it anyways since we were already prepped. VERY professional and dedicated!

After seeing one single bug I called them right away! It was a little over a week for the first treatment and they were wonderful to work with! There was no judgement, just helpful, quality work. They answered my hundred questions, & were on time. I will definitely call them for any other bug issues!
