Usually very happy with the Thai Express chain but I ordered via Uber Eats this evening and they waited over 30 mins before looking at my order and then they decided to cancel it just before they closed. Uber Eats promises a quick and reliable delivery service and should reconsider working with this location. Very disappointed

First this is a chain. Do not expect to much lolFood was good. Service excellent cook and cashier extremely polite and restaurant was impeccable.It's nice for a quick bite that's not junk like the McD. They also deliver with ubereat!!! I recommend it.Prices $$

Discovered this restaurant recently. Was received with a smile and was explained the choice of meals. I tried the #3 with the lemon flavored sauce and was awesome. Very fresh good. Portions are generous also. I will go back for sure,

Dry, I asked and paid extra $$ for sauce, noodles and chicken in my pad sew still came bone-dry. I had to tweak it at home. Won't recommend.

One of the better Thai Express restaurant in south shore. I tried General Thai Poulet . Chicken was crisp and the sauce was prepared as we requested.

5 stars for the service. The cashier was kind and smiley (even behind a mask!) and the cook was also nice -- they took the time to say bon appetit". The food came fast even though there were several people ordering

I am here at 20:18. The info sais it is open till 21:00... the doors are closed and it is dark inside..I am hungry and mad. When you send ppl home to save some money on their salary- u loose my trust because u disappointed me....

It's a franchise restaurant so don't expected too much. However one of my very important considerations when eating at Thai express is who is cooking. Some non Asian chefs may not master the stir frying skill and all they know is just to add soy sauce end up the taste is very plain and the protein is dry.The chef their knows how to add different sauces and tastes in layers so that it won't taste just like soy source. The egg is fried to fluffy and smooth (many other Thai express will make it taste like over dried scrambled egg)
