Extremely bad customer service especially people in the front they don’t know how to treat customers with respect especially the lady with curly hair. Not only with me she was disrespectful to other patients also. The same lady took blood from me and my hand is still paining after so many hours

Waited 1 Hr 5 mins for walk in. Persons who are came after me they took them first and screen was showing that i am done with my sample but i was there. People came in 20-40 mins late for their appointments and get jumped in between, i get the idea of walk ins, but if you miss your appointment you should not take them late. Lastly the girl name tag with Hipu, very rude, no manners how to talk and explain the things. Management please take some action and teach themhow to talk to the patients.

Terrible service. Not organized at all. Had an appointment and still waited over an hour. Don't go here. Find somewhere else. Believe the reviews. Terrible.

The Indian girl with short hair were worst. She does not have any manners how to talk with people . Most wierd experience I had at 40 finchgate blvd life lab. She asked me to wait for 1 hr and when I went back she refused to take a blood test. It was totally unfair. At least she should have informed me about it before thay can't do test without appointments.

Specifically asked them to give me someone experienced as I explained why. While we waited even though we had booked appointment they kept taking other walk ins and appointments. So I assumed because I asked for someone experienced therefore we are waiting. When our turn finally comes they give someone completely new and the Asian lady who seemed to be more experienced as I had her before kept doing paperwork the whole time. Now me and my daughter are sitting with bruised blue arms. I wish they cared about their customers/patients and not just treat them like numbers.

Worst place to go for blood work. Staff's rude and doesn't really care.Had an appointment but had to wait just like everyone else so I asked what is the point of the appointment...still waiting for an answer.....lolThese plp are a joke.Place is the basement like a dungeon, from the elevator to the office smells horrible like I went back 50 years in time.If you can find another place please please go there instead, stay away from this place.

Very bad experience,booked online appointment 12:40 pm on 1st June,get my blood work completed at work 1:40 pm it took her 1 hour for that.First she was not able to find attachment in email,as I sent 3 different attachment,she said I have to sent 3 different emails for that,she said send me again,then there is one nice lady came in she said attachment is already there,but the lady before who was super rude ,her name is Hepa was not able to find that,Even after all the paper work done,I was waiting in the room for atleast 20 minutes,as the other nice lady has already told Hepa to go in my room but she did not come,Then atlast the nice lady has to come to my room to complete just 2 minute job.for that it took them 1 hour to complete to 2 minute job.At last no apologies,I asked other lady that what is her name then she shouted from next room Hepa.Please at teach her basic ettiquates,to say sorry ,please and thanks.I am writing this one so that in future she will not trouble any other patientSuper bad experience.But Thanks to that nice lady , otherwise I would have come without my test done .Hepa should should be moved to some other location.

Went to the 40 Finchgate location. I understand the 2 star reviews given by clients before.Sad choice for a lab location. It’s a dungeon in the basement. Who wants to wait for an hour in that setting with poor staff service. I left right away. Hopefully never have to see that place again.

Rude team working in this location. They don't even focused on there work. Confused and don't answer you properly. Appointment patients are keep waiting for so long, we have to remind them that we have online appointment and then they send u inside. Team is tried and not friendly. Worse is they make you sit inside the room and don't show up till u again remind them. So frustrating and irritated. But as patient we wait and still nice with them but they dnt care. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

I usually have bad experience in blood tests. The worst were in U of A hospital and Dyna Care in North Edmonton. In both cases the technician poked the needle in both my left and right arms. After inserting the needle tried to poke it 3 to 4 times to find the vein. Then move to another arm. Painful and traumatic.
