After 54 years of absolutely no skincare routine I never would have believed that using these products would do what they have done for me. Only time I went in I had a woman upsell an already insanely expensive product to me. She went on for nearly 15 minutes about how much of a miracle these products are, before explaining the exorbitant price. After i said i could not afford them, and simply didn’t want to spend more than like $30 on skincare, she flipped a switch and called my pores big and said i had bad skin and needed the products. Not really a great way to get me to come back… your staff is rude.

I was walking past and spoke to a fantastic sales associate named Shiraz! They were very friendly and helpful, and got me the right products for my skin! I’ll be coming back!

I won’t lie, at first I was a little weary going into this place since some of the products are pretty pricey.But Sam was incredibly fair with me and let me try a lot of products so I could see how they work first hand. You can tell he really cares about the product and uses it himself. Super knowledgeable and friendly :)The D'OR24K Multi-Vitamin Recovery 24H Moisturiser feels like a dream on my face! Especially during the winter months when my skin gets dry and cracked! It’s legit my favourite moisturiser and I’ve gone through a lot of types and brands!I go in once a month to get a facial and LED treatments and my skin looks better and better every time I go in. Can’t recommend it enough!

I would give minus if I could! Me and my friend were not even going to that store. We went to suzy and while we were leaving a guy started yelling to invite us in the store. Just to sell their couple products for couple hundred $$ they make you feel so insecure about yourself and your skin!!!! I mean thats not how you sell the product!!! If you really want to sell the products then talk about how it works not how our skin needs to get better!!! Everyone is dealing with something about their body their life!!! You can't just hurt them with the words and leave a scar to take home!!! So stop yelling at people if they are not in your store!!!! Please

Samuel and Diya are absolutely amazing. Professionals that know what they’re doing when it comes to skin care products and various skin types. I purchased the facial peel and night cream the first time I went there, and after receiving such significantly beautiful results on my face, I ended up coming back again for the day cream and the cleanser. I even had to get some for my mother and aunty. The best part is you are getting a sufficient amount of product so you don’t have to worry about it running out too fast too early. Run don’t walk !!!
