This is an amazing place to work! It is also an amazing place to charter buses for trips,and the drivers are extremely professional and friendly

I had booked Sharp Bus Lines for my wedding in August to pick up the myself (the bride) and the bridal party and had communicated that to the coordinator. The bus was scheduled to pick up the bridal party at Marriott hotel (hair and make up) and bring us to our venue 7 minutes away for the ceremony. The bridal party was 5 minutes late getting down and was told the bus had already left. When I called into Sharp after my wedding looking for accountability and money back, I received rudeness and defensiveness from the managers. The issue was it was not communicated to the bus driver that she was picking up the bridal party, which was on Sharp. The managers originally showed no empathy for almost ruining my wedding and then said we're both to blame" as I was 5 minutes late. I had to fight to get any refund at all. They finally gave me $50 back (my invoice was over $400). Very disappointing/frustrating experience- avoid the headache and don't use this bus line for booking your wedding."

They have very friendly staff from what I saw. They seem to be very organized, always on time, as well as to pick up the bus monitor if the route requires one. The training is only 3 days, and covers a lot.

I have worked for the Company for 6 school seasons as a driver and trainer. The office staff and management are professional and have reasonable expectations.If you are looking to be treated fairly in a positive environment this is a great company to work for.

Fair treatment of employees. Competitive pay for drivers. All round a good place to work.
