Amazing experience shopping in store at this location. The staff here are so friendly and attentive! Thanks to Nancy and Victor for helping me out. Nancy especially went out of her way to kindly provide clothing suggestions and sizes which I loved and purchased. I’ll definitely return and shop again :)

The service here is amazing! The staff are super helpful and always so eager to assist you, and generally have such a great attitude. They even gave me a bunch of great advice and recommendations for the specific items of clothing I wanted. From the sales associates to the manager working here, everyone is just lovely.

Supporting a Canadian, sustainable fashion brand is important to us.We have shopped at the Square One and Eaton Centre location in the past but decided to stop into Frank And Oak on Queen Street.As a person with very high expectations, I was blown away by the level of care that Nathaniel R showed us. I have never felt as valued as a customer as I did today and I have worked in industries that pride themselves on customer service.
