Hello Dental

Very happy with the experience here! My hubby and I booked our first visit appointments a month in advance, received a reminder, and were given the option to arrive early if it worked for our schedules the day of. I hadn’t been to the dentist in way too long and was nervous, but the team working was very kind and knowledgeable, spent the time explaining what they were doing and why, and went above and beyond to make sure we both understood what we were paying for vs what our benefits covered. Not the kind of genuine service you get just anywhere!

Hands down the absolute best dentist appointment I've ever seen to! Not only did the sweet ladies at Hello Dental West Leduc greet me with smiling faces they were so caring and kind I felt a sense of comfort and ease immediately and they really listened to me when I expressed my concerns and fully explained to me what needed to be done and really went above and beyond... I can't say I've ever felt anything other than anxiety at previous dentists and it made me not ever want to go again, So I'm very thankful for these amazing ladies changing my opinion and showing me that there are still amazing human beings left in this world! Cannot even begin to express my gratitude for Dr.Chand and the rest of the crew at Hello Dental West Leduc ♥️♥️

I have always struggled with fear and anxiety when it came to dental work from past experiences elsewhere but Dr.Chand and her whole team changed everything about the way I feel moving forward. They were kind, patient, informative and worked with me through my tears and anxiety and for that I am forever grateful to be able to move forward and take care of the work I need with a little less anxiety. They are an amazing team and I'm glad my family found this Dental clinic for all our care.

I was so scared to see the dentist. They got me in so quickly. Everyone who works there was so so lovely. I have never felt more taken care of at a dentist office. The work was painless and quick. The staff were next level. This is our new dentist office!

I had Dr Sue and her assistant (i forgot her name). Yesterday I went in for whitening and new night retainer fitting. such a great experience they were so knowledgeable and accommodating. You could tell they really enjoy their job and are just so happy to be there. I was 30 minutes late as I went to the wrong location but they still took me in without concern. Great experience!

If you need any sort of work done on your teeth for cavities and such do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. All my filling completed here are cracking and in pain and I'm going to have get them all re done.

If you ever need a dentist, I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else. Very clean clinic with modern equipment. Staff were amazing and knowledgeable. They were on time and made my daughter feel welcome.

Hello Dental Leduc West - Very welcoming environment. My billing was explained to me. My wait time was super short. My dental hygienist explained everything she was going to do and she was so gentle..

Stay away from this place! While the staff are friendly they are extremely disorganized when it comes to filing claims and properly reporting payments and remaining balances. The worst part is the crown and filings my wife had done here had to be entirely redone 2 years after visiting! Our new dentist is amazing and showed us the terrible margins and black spots under the crown on the x-rays. The crown fitting itself had to be redone 3 times originally. Now everything must be redone! The cavities weren't properly removed so they continued to grow under the filings. Other filings were loose only a few years later. So many mistakes here. I wish we never tried this place for our family. Do yourself a favour and stay clear. With no other recourse I'm posting this so others don't go through the pain my wife had to endure there and now has to endure again for new crowns.

Very friendly, competent staff, small office that gives personalized service. Alberta Blue Cross made coverage for accident a huge hurdle, but stellar service from Hello Dental West.
