Aesthetic Concrete Inc

I have been a condo developer in the city for some 30 years having dealt with many concrete companies. Without compare Aesthetic Concrete is the worst.My experience with Aesthetic started the summer of 2022. I requested a quote for a foundation. I was assured that I would get a quote by Lindsay Knight many many times. I finally received a quote and was told the work would begin right away. Following many more delays I was advised that it was too late in the season. However, I was assured that I would be #1 in the spring.Following that time I was told that a contract for 2023 would be immediately forthcoming. I probably tried to contact Lindsay well over 20 times variously by phone and email... no response. When finally I got through to Lindsay, she tried to fault me even though I remained calm and professional at all times. Interesting times we live in.I then followed up with Marc Legault early in 2023, who I understand is the owner. He assured me that I would in fact be the first client in the spring and that he personally would be sending a contract right away. He has assured my of this many many times.We are now in April and Marc has ghosted me. No return calls, no email, nothing.I relied on the many assurances and promises of this company and now they have left me stranded.I highly recommend not using this company as their word and promises mean nothing. They are not to be trusted.
