Poor service, tried to get an appointment for my sick dog, and they refused due to the fact that i was force to see another vet, because THEY didn't take new patient at that time.Good for them for making so much $$ that they can refused business!Dalhousie vet is much more affordable anyway.

It has a good variety of quality products, it's an inviting building and the staff are as friendly as anyone else in the region.Edit: things have changed pretty badly for the worse in terms of quality and professionalism. They rarely answer their phones now, the staff are dismissive of your concerns when you come in and if you have an emergency you're likely to be sent on an hour or two long escapade to moncton while your pet is in danger.

My first visit here was a positive experience. The second was not. We have a large, rambunctious puppy. A total love bug but big and excitable. The vet came into the room and our dog, playfully, jumped at her. Never have I seen actual anger on a vets face. I would think a vet would be prepared for a six month old puppy’s behaviour. She was having none of it, she got quite annoyed and it showed on her face. I am now considering changing vets.

Staff are amazing. They always go above and beyond helping us with our cat, Casper. Always friendly & you can see the animals best interest is what they aim for. I wouldn't bring my cat anywhere else but here!

Now known as the Chaleur Veterinary Hospital, and with its new location in Beresford, this is a great place to go for medical care for our furry friends. The vets and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. In addition to veterinary care, they also have a wide range of merchandise from treats, to beds, collars, harnesses, leashes, food, toys, and even beautiful and stylish urns.

Amazing after hours team. Sad circumstances that brought us in with my best friend on his last evening. Professional, kind, compassionate and supportive people who have a tough job. I'm adding a photo taken a week before , not the one I took of him in pain and asking for relief just before he was granted his wish and went to sleep. The staff will know. Nov 8th he crossed the rainbow bridge and couldn't have asked for a better team. Bless you. Thank you.

Great place, amazing staff. Would highly recommend this place. They r great with animals. A little hard to get contact but I love this Veterinary Hospital. Very clean. My cats seem so relaxed.

Great place, super friendly staff. Even called the next day for a check up. Place is super clean, lots of parking, ground level. Nice shop inside the main lobby. And a grooming salon. It is a bit outside of town but worth the drive.

I had a wonderful experience with the people and services. I am new to the area and our cat needed a vet. They were very helpful and had his appointment booked with one phone call. Had a procedure done and received a follow up call the next day to see how he was doing.
