I have been with Dr. Li since she started practicing. She is very knowledgeable and professional. A few years ago, my vision started deteriorating. She gave me a very thorough examination during my annual visit. She told me I have an AMD(Age-related Macular Degeneration). She referred me to an Ophthalmologist to follow up. I am very grateful that she found out at an early stage. I could go blind if not treated. Since then she takes extra care during my annual examination. I highly recommend Dr. Li because she really care about her patients.

I have been a patient of Dr. Christine for over 14 years. Even after moving downtown, I have continued to visit her clinic because I always appreciate her high level of professionalism and attention to my concerns. She makes me feel at ease with her engaging, warm and friendly demeanour. I have always had a pleasant experience during my appointments so would highly recommend Dr. Christine and look forward to my next visit!

Doctors are nice but the attitude of the receptionist is poor. Dr. K. Cheung refer my husband to see a specialist, and after a month, we did not get any news. When my husband called to follow up, the lady told him it wont be too fast la" and even ask him to call the specialist himself.Understand it takes time to schedule an appointment but at least they can help to follow up. Not helpful at all."

Dr Christine Li and her staff have always been very professional and efficient. I did not have the negative experience expressed by other reviewers. Dr Li is thorough and patient, explaining all the tests and what anomalies she is looking. I would recommend her any day

Thanks for your reply. I fully understand it will take time to schedule an appointment. Since it’s more than a month and longer than we expected( Doctor advised it takes 3 weeks) ,we made the call to follow up! Your staff should be more friendly and helpful. At least she can checked if the other side received the fax or help following up! But no one called us back! The way she asked my husband to call by himself which annoyed me! Totally unprofessional!Again, I do appreciate your response.P.s. the specialist finally send us an email and confirm the appointment!

I go here for my annual eye exams as a diabetic to make sure my eyes are still in top shape. The space is new and clean, and I am able to see a doctor in good time without having to wait long. The exam is quick and thorough, and they always make sure they check my eyes for diabetes related issues. They also helped me get a reco for a specialist when there were some anomalies with my exam (always nice when this doesn’t take months!).

My two kids have been patients of Dr. Christine Li since they were little. They are very happy to get their eyes checked every year in the office. Especially this time my son had an eye problem, then the receptionist filled my son in with Dr. Leung, because Dr. Christine Li wasn't on duty. I really appreciate for the both extremely knowledgeble, professional doctors and the friendly, kind receptionist. I would highly recommend this office to my family and friends.
