Dr. Hidalgo has been taking care of our dogs since 2015. Dr. Hidalgo and her staff are very kind, caring and most importantly very knowledgeable.Recently our little girl had a distended abdomen full of fluid, was losing weight, had very little appetite and you could feel her spine when you pet her. Dr. Hidalgo went above and beyond to find out what was wrong with her. She did everything that she could including reaching out to a specialist at a veterinary hospital in Calgary. Two vet hospitals in Calgary followed by excellent care at Pathways Animal Clinic and our little Cavalier is on the mend. She has gained weight and has her appetite and her energy back. I highly recommend Dr. Hidalgo and the staff at Pathways. Thank you for everything that you do. Molly and Jake say thanks too!

Dr Hidalgo and her support staff are amazing! They are very caring and obviously love what they do. Their level of medical care is outstanding. They are thorough and give you all of the options available for treatment. I have been going to this clinic with my pets for 14 years and recommend them wholeheartedly.

My family had a terrible experience. Our sweet kitten had her ureter (tube from her kidney to bladder) cut and sealed during her spay operation. Pathways accepted zero responsibility and offered no sympathy or compensation. Heartless. Avoid.

The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The office is clean and approachable. Our dogs are in great hands when we take them in and Pathways is worthy of their clients trust. Highly recommended!

Best vet clinic I've ever been to! The staff is super thorough, knowledgable, considerate and kind. They treated my yappy grumpy old dog with so much care and kindness, they always made us both feel super comfortable. They even were very flexible with what my cats needed to feel comfortable in the clinic, putting their comfort first. I've moved and was genuinely sad to be leaving Pathways because of it. It feel like leaving a group of friends, who are always going to do their absolutely best when your animal needs help!

It was my first time at Pathways and what a delight. The receptionist was so kind and helpful, she made us feel very welcome. We then met a lovely vet tech who was great with my puppy. Dr. Hidalgo was professional calm and very sweet with my pup. I will be back with my two other dogs. Thank you for looking after us.

We had been going here for a couple of years. Untill tonight.. I took my dog in who was in severe pain. They took him in for no more than 3 minutes. Then on the phone with the vet" she would not offer a diagnosis or a course of action. Just spit as many medical terms as she could at us. Then after we got home we recieved an email stating that she would not be offering her services to us any longer. Stay away from this piece of garbage. you petted my dog and charged me $87 for NOTHING!!!"
