I had the best customer service from Michelle at this location. She is extremely knowledgeable of the insurance business. After finding out that I received incorrect and inaccurate information from a different insurance company, Michelle assisted me with many options to fix this mess at relatively the same cost. I needed help changing my vehicles from my late husband's name, into his estate, and then into my name. It was overwhelming, but Michelle at Johnston Meier Insurance in the Chilliwack Mall was so fantastic. She was so incredibly helpful and made a potentially difficult experience so much easier! They couldn't be bothered to give me a quote for content insurance...just shoved paperwork at me told me to fill it out and someone would get back to me by the end of the day! They were too busy with all the flooding claims. They didn't get back to me so I contacted them the next day and sent me the same paperwork that I had filled out the day before!! I went to a different insurance company and an hour later had my insurance! I'll never go back!

Had an appointment at BCAA Chilliwack. Got there 15 min early. 15 minutes after my appointment time i am still waiting while walk ins without appointments are getting in before me. Went to Johnston Meier across the street and got prompt friendly service. They answered all questions I had and treated me well. Will go there again.
