We grabbed some tasty sandwiches in a shop nearby; my wife ordered a cider, and I had a beer. The lady who served is was very polite and accommodating. We loved this nice little pub in the center of the Sutton village.

Basic but very good pub fare in a feel at home bar where the locals also hang out with unbeatable prices and friendly service in the middle of touristy downtown.

No covid protocols were being followed in the bar. Furthermore a group of bros" were running across the street to take sleeping pigions from a shelter across the street and playing with them on the patio. When confronted about how wrong this was they got hostile. Server /Bartender "didn't want any trouble" and half heartedly asked them to stop but seemed more interested in the money he was making from them in beer sales."

Usually really good service, not so much today and they were not busy at all. Frozen burgers and fries. The fried pickles were awesome tho!

I've been going to this place since I was just able to drink ( in Canada). The food is great, its a small community, prices are good. The owner takes care of his people and customers. Highly recommend if you are in the area!

The poutine was excellent and so were the burgers. Great food and atmosphere and friendly staff and great service. Would definitely recommend if you want to eat in a restaurant in Sutton.
