One of the worst storage places I’ve encountered! Sign a contract, only to have the cost raised not even two months later. Not how you do business. And all the extra fees are outrageous! My daughter took her stuff out because of the fees and how the “owner” treated her. 100% would NOT recommend.

I used the storage facilities. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Having said that I would NOT recommend you deal with the service reps at the 1 (800) number they are remarkably useless and frustrating and almost caused me to have an overdue fine (fee). The manager is helpful and patient and so are the reps so if you need assistance I’d recommend you call them directly.

Absolute fantastic experience. I couldn't have asked for better. Very nice staff and always ready to facilitate the process of renting.

******Avoid this place, They will charge unnoticeable damage not made by you and they are very rude *****We decided to rent a van from Queensview location to do small moving jobs for our family. When my husband gave back the van, He was told There is a dent on the back of the van. And He will be charged for the damage. They were very impatient And told him because he had signed his name, he had agreed the van was good and they can charge immediately without his permission.When I got there to pick up my husband, I tried to communicate with the manager Melanie. Her attitude was awful. She asked me to leave right now because whatever she said would make us unhappy. I tried to let her know we did not even notice the dent when getting the van. When my husband was checking the condition of the van before he signed the document, he even thought that was a dirt. She did not listen and kept saying we signed the agreement. They are apparently more experienced than us on legal terms!When I was trying to call my credit card company. Because I was holding my ten month baby, I sat down on the chair for customers in front of her desk, She stood up from her desk immediately and dragged the chair I was sitting on. I fell onto ground with my baby. My 4 year old was beside me terrified! This was a nightmare!She refused to apologize for her behavior.We will never rent truck from this location.

The staff are very friendly and helpful here. It's always a pleasant experience to work with them.Unfortunately, the parking lot is pretty tight to be moving the big heavy trucks around. I always have a hard time getting them out of the lot. I wonder if a redesign might help.

My reservation at another location didnt have everything I reserved. Luckily, this location was near by so I stopped in and they were able to help by renting me the missing items. The girls were super friendly! Wish my reservation was with them to begin with!

Very helpful. We had an issue with the mobile checking, so the location helped us out. Very friendly and willing to work with us.

Awful customer service. You will not feel valued. Little to no accountability.

Better hope you don’t have an item that doesn’t work as they won’t refund or exchange anything if it’s out of the package. Purchased a tape roller 2 days ago, along with a bunch of other items. Brought it back with the receipt, as it doesn’t work as it should, and they wouldn’t allow me to exchange, even for the exact same product. Never heard of this from any business. No where on the receipt does it state this either.

Picking up the truck went smooth until I received it and realized it was dirty and had to dispose of the pervious users materials myself such as old used coffee ups and trays. While Covid is still going around, yuck. The truck I received worked fine I had moving help from a family member I was able to deliver my items back to the location safely. Regardless I was promised a free storage unit for a month. I had informed the employee I might not make it back in time they said that was fine due to the self check in and drop off option on your mobile device. When I had arrived I had confirmed what I was told over the phone they could not help me and mad me feel very bad. Ruined my entire day. When I went to book the storage unit there was no applicable discount for the month and nobody was there to help. I wouldn’t have even needed it that long anyways. I ended up paying for for mileage because I had to arrange for my items to be dropped else where. Would not recommend this uhaul location or any other to ABSOLUTELY ANYONE. I will never be using this service ever again in my entire lifetime.
