DM Plumbing and Drain Service

My water faucet was leaking, even fully closed but still lots of water was leaking. Called friend of mine and got a reference from him.DM plumbing, Mr. Steve Cho, came quickly and fixed leak in 10min. He did replace rubber gasket(!) instead replacing whole faucet assembly. He said my faucet is still good and don’t need to replace……Amazing guy….Highly recommend….

DM Plumbing is the best! He came to check out and install new toilets for my condo. It was the best decision to contact DM plumbing for this. He was very kind, courteous, honest, punctual, and professional. My toilets look awesome and they work great. I highly recommend their service. We had a renovation done recently to our basement and we were recommended by our friend to call DM Plumbing. We had to install a backwater valve, sump pump, other plumbing needs and replacing the incoming water pipes.They did a great job, patiently explaining the process of work to us, recommending areas which we do not foresee problems and have it fixed at no cost to us. The team were friendly, very neat and clean and even took great care not to damage any other part of our house!We will certainly be using them again, job well done.

We have used another plumbing company in the past and they did not do a good job in helping us with the leak in our bathroom. When we called DM Plumbing, they send us their master plumber and were able to help us rectify the issue. We didn't have to spend a penny more and the fix was done right away. I will not hesitate to recommend their service to my family and friends in the future if they need a plumber. They took the headache off immediately!

The workers were very skilled and were able to find out what the problem was with our water very quickly. They were communicative and showed us exactly what was fixed after working on the pipes. Kind and respectful, would definitely recommend to family and friends.

The company owner came to my father-in-law’s home and was yelling at my father-in-law when discussing services and price list. The owner over-charged( $500) for a camera snakescope and did a half job assessment and diagnosis. We found out we were over-charged because another plumbing company did another camera snake probe and resolved our plumbing issues for only $300. This company is unprofessional, dishonest and bullies/intimidates their customers into receiving more services. Don’t trust this company!

I used their service a couple years back and it was an awful experience. I had called them because of a clogged toilet and the gentleman gave me an estimate of $100 and told me that they might not be able to get it unclogged if the item is clogged further down the drain. He tried a couple times with no success, at which point he told me there was nothing more he could do. I asked him if he could at least lift the toilet up to see if the item was clogged in the toilet, and he explained to me that they do not do that kind of work and just left with the $100. I felt very upset that they didn’t even make an effort to try. After they left I was able to easily lift the toilet and found the item stuck in the toilet. I could not understand why they could not do something so simple that I was able to do on my own. What upset me the most was their level of customer service. Shortly after I called the plumber back and explained to him that I was not satisfied with the service and that I wanted my money back. The plumber agreed and told me to meet him at a restaurant. There he proceeded to lecture me for about 10-20mins before he finally gave the $100 back. At the end he told me that he had a-lot of connection with police officers and lawyers, which sounded very threatening to me. I would never use their services again and would not recommend them to anyone.

I called DM Plumbing due to the kitchen sink clog.It was the first time for me to call a plumber, but I thinkit was the best choice. They were kind, honest, and professional.They explained what caused the clogs and how they were able to fixthe problems in detail and suggested two options so that I was able to choose the less expensive way. I am satisfied with their service.
