Harbour City Homes - Halifax Non-Profit Housing

I was a tenant at Harbour City Homes for almost a year. I had a great experience. The property is well-maintained. Property managers are very professional, they are responsive, always available at the property, and very helpful. Whole common areas get cleaned on a regular basis. If you are looking for a nice accommodation close to Downtown and shopping centre, with a good price, you can find it here!

I rented for this company back in 2018 and it wasn't very pleasing. They had a secretary that was so rude it was funny. I stayed with them for less than a year and at some point I had to pay around $ 500 dollars worth of electricity with NS Power for 2 MONTHS. They never assessed that issue, either.

afraid to comment?....lol. Hope they are taking care of you. Because they aint with me. Two elderly ill parents. And a son. In house with windows that are allowing heat to escape during winter. Btw oil is pricy. Resident for 40+ years. They wait till long time rent payers and elders to die...then renovate the apartment and jack the rent up. They were good about 10-15years ago. But they fell off. You will suffer even if you get after them about things broken. Or something needing to be replaced. The world is cruel. They are what is part of the cruel.

We love Harbor City Homes! We requested to have one closet door repaired and it was done within the day. Same thing happened when we had an issue about our thermostat. Common areas are cleaned regularly and tenant concerns are attended to. We couldn't be happier with their service and management.
