I ordered 2 tikka masala rotis & mentioned that roti on side which they didn’t follow, made me wait and redo the order after I confronted!! The quantity is reduced a lot!! I am a regular customer & Was best once for the price , but now it’s not worth the money and the taste also sucks !!! Everything is so salty!!! Make sure you never eat from this location

I ordered once and loved it. However after trying to order again threw skip very disappointed. When calling the restaurant they claimed they did not cancel my order. Not once but twice. Only to shut down the delivery portion so it would not go threw the second time. I'm not to sure if it was a skip problem or them but not happy none the less either way. Yet the restaurant itself is still open for pick up. It should have just been made. Not as if they were closing for the night.

Ordered the roti and there was a massive hair caked in the roti. Avoid at all cost. They also messed up the order. I feel like vomiting.

We order three biryani's, the quantity was too less that we had miscalculation over the order quantity. On top of that, it didn't even taste that Good. Wasn't at all worth it. Please don't got there.

Mixed Vegetable Korma Roti - Disappointing Taste and QualityI recently tried the Mixed Vegetable Korma Roti from Butter Chicken Roti and unfortunately, I didn't enjoy the experience. The restaurant has a good ambiance and the service was prompt, but the food didn't live up to my expectations.Firstly, I ordered the mild option for the curry but it turned out to be quite salty, which made it hard for me to appreciate the other flavors. The vegetables were cooked well and had a good consistency, but the overall taste was underwhelming. I felt like the dish lacked depth and complexity, and the seasoning was not balancedMoreover, the roti that came with the dish was disappointing too. Instead of using whole wheat flour, the roti was made entirely from maida (wheat), which made it rubbery and hard to chew. Even when it was hot, it required a lot of effort to tear and swallow, which made the meal less enjoyable.Overall, I was disappointed with the Mixed Vegetable Korma Roti from Butter Chicken Roti. While the service and ambiance were good, the taste and quality of the food did not meet my expectations. I wouldn't recommend this dish to others, especially if they're looking for healthy or flavorful options.In conclusion, if you're planning to visit Butter Chicken Roti, I would suggest trying other dishes or asking for recommendations from the staff. Based on my experience, the Mixed Vegetable Korma Roti was not worth the price and left a lot to be desired in terms of taste and quality.

Butter Chicken Roti - Windsor
A really great place to try especially for someone who is not used to indian food. My coworkers who are not familiar with Indian cuisine love this place and we buy food from here almost every week. The different spice levels combined with distinct tastes of each dish makes it a real adventure. My favorite has been the lamb curry with roti on the side. They also give a free mango Lassi when you order 2 curry dishes. Definitely a must try!!!

Portions are awesome. Very tasty and we are glad we found this place randomly as windsor does not have a place yet for wraps like they do. Can choose your spice level. Food made in front of you and its quick. Great ambience and full of colour.

My overall experience was rather poor. We were the only 2 customers in the store at the time of ordering. There was a slight language gap but we managed to make our orders. My first issue lies within the pricing here which is definitely on the high end. we had a slight wait which is to be expected but upon our food being brought it was delivered in a bag tied tight as possible almost as if to sway us away from eating it their. We decided to take the food back home but after seeing the serving size we had received I was rather disappointed. It was literally only a few small pieces of chicken in a pool of oily butter chicken sauce with a small side of rice all of which could be made for like $3-$5 MAX, yet they have insane pricing at $18 dollars for a single meal. I ate the entire thing rather quickly and for $18 I’m used to having left overs. To put in perspective I weight 150lbs. Will not be returning unfortunately.
