Burlington Dog Grooming

Since moving to Burlington, I'm happy I found Katherine and her dog grooming service. She keeps my 2 dogs well groomed and they love to see her too.

I've gone to Katherine with my dog Molly for nearly 8 years for her grooming and nail trimming. She has always been so wonderful and been so gentle and understanding with Molly, even though she tends to be more of a neurotic dog. Katherine is able to adapt to whichever animal she is working with to ensure a smooth appointment and the well-being of the animal. I love Katherine and wish I could have stayed with her, but unfortunately I moved out of the province and am now in search of a groomer that is anywhere near as good as Katherine. If you go to this place I can assure you you are in good hands!

I was looking for a new groomer in Burlington as the place I used to take my dog was too far and too expensive compared to other places. They always did a great job, but I wanted somewhere new. I found Burlington Dog Grooming on Google and a Top 3 site and they had some really great reviews and they were only 5 minutes from my house! My initial interaction with whomever books appointments via text was great! They seemed friendly, convenient and they could get him quickly. I was given a price via text that was cheaper than the last place, but understood it wasn't confirmed until they saw him. They day of his appointment came, I dropped him off, gave specific instructions and waited to pick him up. Only 1 hour, 15 minutes later they were done! Amazing time and he looked really great!I am giving 3 stars because when my boyfriend picked him up, he paid quite a bit more than I was quoted and was told that it was based on his behaviour!! I was never informed that pricing was based on how my dog behaved and in the 11 years I have been grooming my Maltipoo (Maltese/Poodle mix) I have never been told this! I was shocked and a little upset. I specifically informed the groomer that he was a nervous/anxious senior dog and that he has been doing grooming his whole life. Every other groomer I have taken him to, in Burlington or elsewhere, has always told me he was very good. Based on what was told to me here, they must have all been lying. I am disappointed that a groomer, whom I was told had over 10 years of experience, based my price on how well behaved my dog was and didn't inform me of this prior to booking.Definitely won't be taking him back here even though it's much more convenient for me to get to. Thanks for a really nice haircut though.

Kat is fantastic! She’s passionate about what she does and her care for the animals, and her client’s best interests. We are a new client and I can’t see why we would go anywhere else. Our puppy loved her! Reasonably priced, and excellent service.

Love the staff here. Took my Aussie in for a spa day, and she looked great afterwards. A day later we thought she needed a little more off the chest. I called Katherine and explained. She had us come in a bit later and did the trim. I don't normally watch, but they definitely earn their money. She tends to dance" as they put it and I'm surprised she doesn't come home in patches after an appointment

We have been taking our dog Rose for the past 6 months for nail trims, and I highly recommend Burlington Dog Grooming! I also love being able to book appointments through text message

Katherine is absolutely amazing, and very caring for our two standard poodles.

Katherine is fantastic! We adopted a very nervous dog last December. She was afraid of everything. From the instant Katherine met her, she knew exactly what to do with her. Her love for the dogs is so apparent and will keep us coming back. Plus Tiff smells great and is so soft and fluffy when she is done.
