From my initial investigations into the iGuide system, through the purchase process, the online training and the readily available technical support, my experience with Planitar and the iGuide system has been excellent. They recently spent considerable time on the phone with me trying to troubleshoot a mechanical issue. Once it was determined that the camera had to go in for service, they fixed the problem the very next day. While I was there, without prompting, they even provided some suggestions on how I can improve my workflow with the system.I would highly recommend Planitar and the iGuide system.

Planitar seems to be a really great company with a lot of talented people. I expanded my photography business into 3D virtual tours for real estate and they have been very helpful in many ways. Thinking about purchasing an iGuide? Think again. Planitar / iGuide has an “exclusivity” business model where they only do business with photographers they choose — nobody else, not real estate or contracting professionals. Although it looks like you could purchase a system through their website, this is really not the case. So much for supporting a Canadian company... Oh well, my money is more than welcome at their American competitor.

We were aware of iGuide from our SEN webinars and about the camera system, to the post processing, to the drafting and VR are all very very easy to learn. In fact if you can take an HDR and focus stack, this is way easier to operate than that! No brainer, its a keeper.

Just bought an iGUIDE camera in December. Before we committed to buying we arranged a overview Q and A meeting with Andriy. That was very useful. After buying the camera I read and watched a lot of iGUIDE's training material (very good) and attended one of the open online forums that are available weekly. This prepared me well for my first shoot, knowing the exact procedure for taking panorama pictures at each location. After I submitted my project to iGUIDE their drafters provided me with some feedback for the next time. They quickly made some changes I requested to the floor plan and supplied me with links to more useful knowledge concerning the areas I needed to improve upon.I'm looking forward to shooting many more 3D Tours with iGUIDE.

We purchased the system about 2 months ago and are very happy. Customer service has been excellent, the quality of the iGUIDE is excellent, and our clients are very happy with the results we provide them.
