La Maison Multi-Foyers

Multi-foyers m'a aidé dans mon projet de mettre un foyer au bois 3 faces dans ma maison et je suis pleinement satisfait. J'ai eu un service de vente très satisfaisant car le vendeur a pris le temps de regarder mes plans puis a eu la patience de tout m'expliquer et de répondre à mes questions. Lors de l'installation, j'ai vu du professionnalisme, des gars qui avaient le souci du détail bienfait et courtois. Encore une fois l'installateur à pris le temps de bien m'expliquer le tout avant de partir . J'ai eu une bonne expérience avec vous et j'ai bien l'intention de vous référés.

Was sold a wood fireplace that his not strong enough for the size of my house. When we call them reporting the problem, we were given a sell speech" that everything his fine. Now i am a woodland owner who have to rely on gaz to heat his house during cold days..."

Excellent service. Used these fab folks twice, once for a wood insert in the TV room with a needed chimney stack and roof reno, and second a larger propane antique unit for the full glass 4 season solarium. Very happy with both.

We recently contacted this company to come and check our wood stove, as when the stove gets hot the doors move to such a degree that they become impossible to close, becoming very dangerous. I was asked to send photos, and got no response. I then emailed again asking to confirm receipt of my email, but still no response. This morning, I called and was told that we had a good stove, that all that was needed was to adjust the doors, and to do it myself. When I indicated that the screws would not budge and seemed in good position, yet when hot the doors move so much that they cannot be closed, I was told that this is normal! This is dangerous advice, and I have therefore decided to post this review, and to report this business. Discussions with other professionals also indicate that this is not an appropriate response.

The sales guy was the topical sales man. Very polite and stuff. But I would of given 5 stars for the installation team. What a plaisant crew. You can tell they love what they do. They were so friendly, explained everything and Mike the owner was also here to install and was so meticulous and very professional. Thanks guys

Good service, the shop-seller interested in our needs; experienced team installed the BlazeKing and well explained its functions. Capped for me, too, an unused chimney. Happy with this co. thus far.Bon service, pas de problemes pour maint. Ils ont fait comme/qu'on a voulu.
