I like that you can bring your own containers (if you do so on Sunday you get a discount) to avoid using plastic & wasteful packaging.However, the prices are not always that great, considering you're serving yourself from a bulk bin!I'm still finding many things cheaper at dollar stores (though I hate all the wasteful packaging there).

Bulk BarnIn front of King West Avenue and near the Spadina Avenue.The shop is big and full of many kinds of goods.It's located in the middle of intertaintment district of Toronto Downtown.Price is not so expensive and and it was acceptable.The place was clean and the personnel was kind and helpful.I recommended it.

Great varieties. Love the Sustainable Sunday promotion where you can get 15% off non-sale items when you bring your own container. Staff are very familiar with it so you don’t even have to ask. Give them the container you bring and they will write the weight of the container on it. Weekly grocery shopping becomes fun with Bulk Barn!

Thanks to Sergio (employee 115 at store #627) I had THE BEST Bulk Barn experience! On Jan 26, early in the morning, he greeted me with such a friendly smile, he helped me find everything (even the 'juicy fun burger gummies' for my kids), and then he quickly jumped on cash when he saw I was waiting in line. I'd like to acknowledge Sergio's exceptional customer service. I've told everyone I know how great the service is at the 2 Carlton Street location because of him (to be fair, the other staff were lovely too). Please promote Sergio, give him a bonus, tell him the customers are happy thanks to him. He's an AMAZING Ambassador.

I’m in love with the stuff this place has to offer and the deals you get it on along with the quality. I came here to quickly check for dry fruits, found cranberries almonds cashew and pistachio both regular and salted. They also have great deals on chocolate and snacks like chips and sesame bites all by weight.Just visit here if you wanna try few things out like wheat pasta, salads, sauces and other food items that you could in your kitchen.
