I picked up my truck here.. 27 Edvac Dr. In Brampton i was so worried that something would go wrong..Read a lot of reviews.. please don't believe all reviews..Everything from the booking to the pick then the drop off... 7690 Queens Line Chatham..was fantastic..Thank you uhaul for making my move flawless...Lesley Gibson....

had a deal with natasha she requested to have the truck back from london to brampton at no extra cost and additional $100 off as they needed the truck back only at there location. i took the deal and but wasted my two hours and fuel/kms to bring the truck back to brampton because later when i returned the truck they refused that didn’t have any deal like that. i tried to give them a favor but they are huge scammers. that is not even the end, they even charged me extra $70 on top of $500 for leaving only 2 water bottles in truck as clean up charges. Stay far away as possible for these highway robbers

I arrived to pick up my confirmed order (made 3 weeks ago) for a 10' truck on April 05, 2020 at 9 am. My whole move depended on me getting that truck at 9 am. When I arrived at 9 am on reservation day, the U-Haul worker casually informed me that the 10' truck wasn't due back from prior rental until 1 pm. I couldn't understand how I was confirmed for 9 am but no truck until 1 pm! He said that the U-Haul system software 'sucked' and they always have issues like this. He swapped my order to a smaller van but it ruined an already stressful day.

Please dont go there. After u book ur truck ... and after reaching there . They are gonna give u number to call 1800 u haul. So please call straight to them. Or opt for other services. They are not there for ur service. Just chillin and vibes all they've.worst ever u haul.

If you are visiting this store,Be prepared to put your life at risk from maintenance issue. I had torn wiper on a snowy day which completely blocked my view on the highway, raised complaints but no response and life doesn’t seem to matter them but the $.Be prepared to get extra fuel bill even you fill it as delivered.After all, if u r someone expecting self respect need to think twice to go here cz the person who serviced me made himself comfortable and never bothered to offer seat for 2 of us about 20 minutes. Never had such worst experience in any U-Haul.

Dont rent uhaul from here if you need to pick it up before opening hours last minute changes my booking. I do the online checking in as soon as i book so i dont run in to stores like this. They did call to let me know but only after they closed for the day.

Cant even give less than 1star, worst trucks never maintained, while driving some pipes burts red liquid everywhere, called uhaul too, no reponse for help. Aware dont get fooled by available trucks at this location, not worth it. No help nothing from uhaul too, cant even call back for updates wasted
