I had an emergency referral from a family physician and I provided it to them through email exactly 2 months ago! Today they are asking for my phone number to book an appointment for me! while I already found another gynaecologist who is urgently operating on my case this upcoming week! Very disappointing.

Great clinic and people. Only problem I have is that I can't book an appointment with my family doctor via their online portal, I have to call or visit in person. That can sometimes take a while and waiting on hold just to schedule an appointment isn't great

A difficult experience booking an appointment with my family doctor - simply impossible. I called this morning just to be (rudely) told by the receptionist to use the platform Bonjour Santé, which simply doesn’t allow me to book an appointment unless it’s within 36 hours time frame. Frankly, I’m very confused as to how to proceed. Very disappointed with the service.

The clinic is sophisticated, calm and well-organized, receptionists and nurse seemed welcoming. The Doctor was very accommodating and really listened to my health concern. The only problem was that prescription was sent via fax to the pharmacy I chose. There might seem to have a problem with the fax number because from the day the prescription was sent, the pharmacy claimed to haven't received it and it has been 3 days and up until now I'm still waiting. It could've been resolved immediately if the fax number was verified correctly. I feel really frustrated. I just wish the prescription paper was given to me directly and bought the meds straight after the consultation. In that way I should've not suffer from pain for several days while working. Sadly, I don't feel like being helped out at all.

Great clinic, I was really impressed with the punctuality, I went to an appointment for my son and I was not feeling well once it was brought to the attention of the nurse,she immediately approached me to make sure I was ok. Will recommend any time.

I had an appointment on the downtown clinic on McGill 407 and the receptionist was great, very interested to help me out, his service was excellent.Then i had to go to the Décarie's location of the clinic and there the receptionist was awful . She was a woman with slavic accent and after keeping me half an hour waiting while she was just chatting with her orher colleagues decided finally to talk with me ..( actually just get rid of me) .She wasn't helpful at all , telling that i was misinformed to come to their clinic and said i should go to the hospital for the need that I had.Strongly recommend to discuss with anyone else if you ever need to go to Décarie center of the Elna's clinic.I won't go to them another time, that's gor sure...

Terrible experience. When we arrived 10 minutes early, the receptionist scolded us for not arriving 15 minutes early like their email said ‘because the dr is very punctual and you need to fill a form etc.’ It took only 5 mins to fill the form, the email says to arrive 10 mins early (I checked) and the dr was 5 mins late.But then it got worse. My 16-year-old daughter went into Dr Fernandez’s office alone and when she started explaining why she was consulting, he said ‘did I tell you to speak? I ask the questions here.’ And the whole time he made her feel very uncomfortable, interrupted her, and had a condescending attitude. I wish I had read the other reviews here before booking the appointment. There seem to be some serious issues to address at this clinic. I’m sure it’s not all the staff, but the leadership should definitely look into this.

I was seen quickly. The staff was very efficient and caring. My health issue was dealt with thoroughly and I could not be happier.

Unfortunately, I can only give a bad review to the clinic, but at the same time, it is the clinic's responsiblity for cancellations. I had an appointment for which Dr. Eva Pordan decided to cancel (all her appointments for that day and the following week too were cancelled). I booked her through Bonjour santé for an urgent matter and thought I would be seen, which was quite deceptive. I am grateful that the reception offered to give me an appointment with another doctor for Monday, but I could not wait that long. The reception also said that they sent out a cancellation notice, for which, I have never received (even in my spam/junk folder). This is not taking patients seriously. It is an absolute waste of my time as well.
