The lady taking my order was extremely rude, didn’t make eye contact and when she did she didn’t look happy at all. I understand working is hard but don’t take things out on your customers. I ordered a blizzard and there was only a couple pieces of Oreos in it so I ask politely for extra and even said I will pay for it, the lady seemed frustrated and pretended to put more in but didn’t. Extremely unprofessional and I will never order from them again.

I have been going to Dairy Queen for a long time. I love the Blizzards. Until now . .. A mini blizzard that used to be $4 is now more than SIX DOLLARS. for a MINI. This price shoot up is so astounding that their menu can't even keep up, it is still displaying the old (more reasonable) prices. I know inflation is bad but I didn't know it was this bad... I don't think I can eat at dairy queen anymore, it is just too expensive.

The ice cream was good.But this location needs to pay more attention to clean the machines and surfaces. They were not particularly busy when we went so it is a nice extra touch to keep stuff cleaner.

I've been there for many blizzards and even a cake or two! The biggest concern is their handicapped door has been broken for months and months. A real challenge for anyone with mobility aids or even a stroller.

No prices cake prices posted so I had to ask at the counter. The employee who served me was not very friendly. The service was fast and the food was good.

Quite possibly worst experience I’ve had. Bacon raw and when I asked for it to be cooked more was told that’s the way the process works. They reheat only and serve. I asked to do it more anyway and the manager was rude but handed it to cook who proceeded to use hands (no gloves) to remove and reheat bacon. When confronted he said he used tongs but I saw otherwise. The manager then said that’s how mcDonalds does it and said “I look like someone who eats a lot of McDonald’s” WT? ! Got my money back. Very rude

Corporate needs to send a mystery shopper here asap. This was by far the worst food quality I’ve ever experienced at any fast food restaurant let alone a Dairy Queen. I stood at the front counter for at least 5 minutes before someone even addressed me. The pop is disgusting, have your lines cleaned. The pretzel and queso should be served with warm queso. The pretzels were old and the queso was cold. The chicken wrap I ordered was clearly microwaved as the lettuce would’ve burned a hole through the paper bag. The cheeseburger was ok, but for a regular at Dairy Queen and $18 I’m blown away. Do not visit this location.

Got the $8 meal deal but somehow was charged $8.49 (plus tax of course) for it. Burger was squashed flat, but tasted ok. Fries very good, sundae always a great treat.
