Great customer service, even good customer service is hard to come by these days, but Adelina provides that in spades and she is super easy to talk to! It's very apparent from the word go, that her goal is have the best possible outcome for the customer, no matter what and she works hard to make that happen! For me she went above and beyond and even though in the end my vehicle purchase ended up as a private deal, it didn't change her care and concern for my end result! For me, that says alot!! Adelina from Empathy Auto has been a Godsend to me. I met her at Drive Hive while purchasing a vehicle there a few months ago. I had a 2006 PT Cruiser that I wanted to sell rather than trade-in, and Adelina helped me immensely in the sale of the PT. Cruiser. She took photos, called possible clients to see if they were interested in purchasing it, and had it detailed at no charge!When is the last time you had someone as dedicated as Adelina? Probably never, right???
