The food is ok, the place seems nice and pretty clean.I rarely comment on or care about the service, especially in inexpensive places such as this one, but I have to say it hasn't been a good experience for me. The gentleman with a beard making our food couldn't care less about our order, barely answered any questions or offered any suggestions and generally showed a completely unwelcome attitude. You can see him in the photo I'm attaching to the review. He is the primary reason why I'm unlikely to return to this place again - I can see that quite a few of other reviewers had the same experience.

I’ve eaten from here a few times, both takeout and dining in. The food I’ve received has always been fresh and tasty over the last 2-3 years. The service has been so accommodating every single time. Dining in was great because the space was bright, clean and airy. Glad it’s not too far away from me!I note another customer has uploaded a photo of an employee in their review. I personally have been served by the same bearded gentleman at least twice and I experienced that he was professional, kind and very accommodating. I often come across a lot of overly entitled customers in food service settings and it’s so off putting to witness. People are just out here trying to do their jobs. Manage your expectations and attitude with fast food service and learn to be kind to people serving you food. Perhaps then you’ll start having better experiences when eating out.

First time visiting today. I bought 3 Mild Chicken Burrito Bowls to take home as it was my night to bring home dinner to feed the family. Great food and good service. Good size portion to. I have enough for lunch the next day. I will be back as this location is near to the YMCA that I go to.

Thank you for opening in the area!!Great value, filling, and so tasty!I really love the extreme fries (fries remind me of Costco fries!) And anything minced beef or fish - like for their burritos and quesidillas.The only thing I dont like is their buffalo chicken but i was never a fan of tangy meat so that was no surprise lol.Been here twice in the past two weeks and I have feeling I'll be back again soon haha.

One of the better burrito chains with a ton of options - extra star for offering fries supreme :) This location seem to hold a higher standard than some of the others.

Used Ritual and ordered the Spicy Chicken Burrito with all the fixings (lettuce, chese, onions, etc) and Extreme fries. Burrito was about 80% rice with hardly any other ingredients and the fries were missing all the toppings except some tomatoes. Very dissapointed.

Horrible service. Male employees always stingy with toppings and give problems if you ask for any veggies. They act like it's a total inconvenice then sprinkle the tinest amout of what you asked for. They are not welcoming at all... in fact they are full of attitude. For the price and attitude Definitely not worth it. Live right next to it so I went for convenience but I rather not support a business who acts like that. I can see why it's never busy in there.
