Excellent service and gorgeous flowers. I live in the UK and needed flowers and a balloon for mom's 60th birthday. The selection of bouquets were beautiful, it was hard for me to decide so I actually ended up asking for a mix of two different ones. I added their WhatsApp number and kept in touch with them - they sent me a picture of the final bouquet and kept me updated on the delivery. My mom was so surprised and loved her flowers so very much! The personalised balloon just made it even more special! Thank you soooo much for making it such a memorable birthday!!!

A client of mine was so thoughtful and sent me a very large and obviously expensive bouquet. Initially, when I saw it - I thought it was so beautiful ... until I finally unwrapped the bouquet to find that the roses were already dying... the greens were all drying up .... half the arrangement - is in plastic plant material .... it truly is upsetting to know that someone has ordered flowers for me - and, that they do not know the state that they arrived in. The florist where I order from - always has every bouquet so tastefully done. This arrangement, sadly, is the worst I have ever received.**** so, here I am today - totally embarrassed. The owner showed up at my home with the most beautiful bouquet - just so beautifully done and tastefully done. She had called earlier to say how sorry she was about the previous delivery and, that it was not their style and she's not sure how that would have happened. We always expect the 'product' to be as it should be - and, sometimes it's not to our expectations... but, when someone goes out of their way to put it right ... well, this is something you just don't forget. Twice I've been surprised by a gorgeous bouquet from Ann's... first from my daughter (who lives on the west coast and found this shop online!) and then from my husband who was so impressed by the arrangement that had come from my daughter, he had to go there for our anniversary. We have had a favourite flower boutique in Oakville for years, but we are now pleasantly surprised to find Ann's... a florist we will now choose for quality, beauty and value... so glad my daughter found this shop!

We’ve been ordering flowers from Ann’s for over a year now. Flowers are always beautiful and if there are any issues they correct them and send new flowers. Very happy with their service!
