Liked the flooring i saw on their site so i paid a visit to the store on the way home. Was originally gonna use a different style vinyl that was more expensive, but Anthony (the guy helping me at the store) gave me a few alternatives that were more suitable to my project (we're redoing the basement and bathroom in our house) and at a better price without dropping the quality. The guy knows his stuff, was to the point about what i should know about the flooring i needed and helped me load everything into my truck. Great people to work with.

So disappointed in the way this store is run. My family and I didn’t even make it into the store before the employees were incredibly rude and unprofessional. I’d recommend taking your business elsewhere, and will be recommending the same to all of the businesses I work with.

Love it here!!Came looking for carpet tiles after seeing their marketplace add and chatting with the owner. They had exactly what I wanted for cheaper than I could find anywhere else. Even hooked up some extra material for my washroom at a sick price!!!Super friendly, super helpful, & Super FAST to get me sorted out.I Will most definitely be back if I need flooring material again in the future.

I was really impressed by Koenig's website, the selection looked great and for my upcoming flooring project, seemed to be worth checking out. And then, for some reason there was political content on the website of a partisan nature. I called in, and respectfully and politely gave feedback that for me as a potential customer, it turned me right off doing business with them. The response was we have to defend Canada" and "take a walk". I hope their product is better than their communications strategy and professionalism."

Renovated a basement room January 2021 and used Konig vinyl plank. The store was a bit warehouse feeling but all the product was on display and the prices were decent. The salesperson helped me load the boxes on and off the cart, no complaints here. This was my first time installing this type of flooring, it went together alright once I got the hang of placing/sliding/tapping the pieces together. Installed it over an old vinyl tile floor after taping the joints to create a continuous vapour barrier. Close to two years later it's held up well to daily and occasional office chair use.

Initially impressed with the knowledge and product. After purchasing and living a good distance away left with their product. Called after my floor installation and asked if I could return any unused flooring ,glue and towel which was never used. No problem I was told.whenI returned the product and looked at the refund they deducted a 10% restocking fee. Even though the glue can was never opened the party I was chatting with, I was lucky they took it back. He further stated the salesman who sold us the product should have told us about the restocking fee. Frankly disappointed and folks be careful in your dealings.
