I had my kitchen counters installed by Smartstone. They were really nice to deal with. Especially Ali and Sunny. Overall, they did an excellent job

We absolutely love our new countertops! Between measuring the area and installing the new countertops Ali's crew took only a bit over a week and the quality of the final product is outstanding. The stone we selected has lots of veining and we were concerned about continuity, but Ali's crew cut and installed everything with perfect alignment of the veining giving you that great sense of continuity. They are 100% recommended.

Very happy with my new countertops and backsplash guys did an amazing job. High quality and great price. Will use them for other project and highly reccomend. Just call and ask for Ali.

Owner (Ali) was very professional to deal with. Communication was clear and transparent. His crew didn't rush the job. Took there time to professionally install Quartz - kitchen countertop. Measurements were precise. He assisted with the colour and stone option. I highly recommend dealing with Ali for your countertops project. Sink sold with the countertop was good quality. I didn't have to hire various trades for the related project. He was able to arrange trades for the tasks. Keep up the great work.

The end product is great and they installed our quartzite countertops efficiently and professionally. However, their communication and customer service could be greatly improved. Getting emails replied to has been very difficult throughout - even now 2 months post-installation, we are still waiting for a Cosentino warranty to be processed by them.We were also told initially that we could come see the slabs when they were delivered to their shop, and they would outline on the slabs what pieces were going where before they were cut for us to see- that never happened. When I asked a few days before installation, they sent just a stock photo of what the slab looks like online. There is one imperfection in the stone (that looks like a big cockroach) on the waterfall edge that I find a bit unfortunate. Not the end of the world, but it would have been nice to see that before the slabs were cut and delivered.Finally, we purchased 2 complete natural stone slabs - no clue what happened to the remaining pieces or if we could use them for other projects or not. This stone was quite pricy, so being able to use any remaining bits for other things would have been nice.As I type this, I realize there were more instances of frustration, but at the end of the day, we love our countertops.

Had a really good experience with Smart Stone. Jay helped us find the right stone and guided us through the process as this was our first home renovation. Ali and his crew did a great job with the installation. We love our new kitchen!

Great service when we walked into the store to pick out some quartz for a bathroom vanity. Communication and service after this initial visit were poor. We had to call them to find out when they were coming to template and install. They rushed the installation and did a very poor job. We contacted them and explained the issues. There was excess glue around the edge of the sink and no silicone at all on the edge of the sink. We didn't hear back from them. A few hours later, we contacted them again. They responded and sent someone out to fix it the next day. The silicone job along the top of the backsplash piece was poorly done. We are not overly pleased with the end result.
