Staff are helpful. Limited indoor seating. Difficult for pick up and drop off of passengers by car.

This is what they replaced the old station with? This tiny little nook in Crystal Pool just steps away from the old station must be a temporary station until the necessary parties decided on a bigger station in a different lot. I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Used Google maps to find the place. On a busy Sunday afternoon. Only to find the building was closed. They were actually 1 block away on the other side of the street.Being disabled it was very difficult crossing a busy intersection towing a large suitcase.Upon finding the place it was all good. Nice bus ,nice drop off at YVR

It's $100 (!!) for two people round-trip from Victoria to Duncan and back. The staff who sell you the tickets are usually pretty decent and helpful, however if that's the price I'm paying, then the company who services the buses should at least ensure the A/C works. Our last trip back from Duncan was awful because it was like a sauna the entire trip. Bleeegh. That's not good conditions for the travelers OR the driver. Make it right!

When I phoned for information initially a couple of days ago it rang, put me on hold said I was in que for an operator then it put me through to a voicemail which I proceeded to leave a message and they said they would get back to me (never did)But otherwise the staff onsite are very attentive and catering to your needs.Bus driver I had leaving Victoria Oct 24.2018 2:55 bus was great. Super friendly and great personality.

Needs seating and covered areas for bad weather. Not great having to wait outside for over an hour for the bus to arrive.

The worst service I never had. The departure time was 5:10. And we were sit in Tim hortons. I get on the bus at 5:05. And i asked the driver wait for my friends. The drive was not even wait for 1 minute. And kick me off around 5:09.

It would be great if there was a storage locker available to hold cardboard bike boxes, so to assist with travelers arriving/leaving taking a bicycle. As well as a fully equipped bicycle assembly station (just like they have at the Victoria International Airport).At Douglas & Yates St the City of Victoria has a nice covered repair station, it would be great to have something like that available here. (There certainly is room)
