Thank you so much A To Z Vacuum! I was so happy that they were able to fix my Kenmore Vacuum that I have had for over 15 years. It is like brand new. The owner was extremely nice and repaired it so quickly . I highly recommend this business to anyone! !!!

We have been buying our bag refills for our Tri Star Vacuum from here for years. We decided to get our 17 year old vacuum serviced. They did a phenomenal job on it. Called and told us what’s wrong, exact costs, timeframe of getting it back. Extremely friendly and professional.Lots of parking.Lots of cleaning products in the store.Lots of various vacuums for sale and parts.Clean well organized store.Small bussiness here in town, highly recommend them.

Got immediate acknowledgment upon entry to the shop. Walls and floor are packed with products. this is the place to go for whatever you need in Vacuums. Greeted by Hanif and he listened to what we were looking for, offered 2 solutions with details on what features they had, why they would work for us and how to best use them. Having done research before going, his knowledge was detailed, accurate and well presented. The item we chose does all he promised and more. Customer service in the traditional sense. Something not seen to this degree for a long time. As for the Simplicity brand that he recommended (and I had never heard of before), we are ecstatic on the performance. Pictures below of our Dyson carpet cleaning vs the Simplicity following it. Rating 10 out of 5 if I could.Update: Now a year later, machine is still performing as new. Additional note that it picks up short pet Dog hair and bits of styro-foam packing etc off carpets, door mats and furniture absolutely beyond any other unit I have seen or used. He said it would do the job but this is astounding.

I had a great experience with Hanif. He fixed my vacuum fast and at a great price. Compared to another store that i went first for a simple fix, and that person overcharged me and didn't fix my vacuum. I have taken various vacuums from family and friends to him, and all work great to this day.

Hanif greeted us when we arrived, communicated clearly the timeline he needed to access the problem and then told us exactly what it would cost to fix it! I highly recommend A to Z. Haniff is one of the nicest people ive ever met. My vacuum needed some maintenance and repairs. He got that done for me at a great price and timely manner. He helped me out a lot because he wasnt just trying to sell me a new one, even when i was expecting to have to do so. With his help and skill i didnt have to shell out 500 dollars for a vacuum.
