Candyland Indoor Play Centre

Candyland Indoor Play Center is a great place for kids to burn off some energy in a safe and fun environment. The center offers a variety of play structures and activities, including a bounce house, slides, and ball pits. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the facility is clean and well-maintained. Parents can relax in the comfortable seating area while their children play. Prices are reasonable, and party packages are available. Highly recommended for a fun-filled day of play!

We visited on a Sunday afternoon with our toddler. Although he had fun, the facility is extremely dirty and stinky. There were not enough balls in the ball pit and I don’t think the interactive screen in the ball pit area is working.Things we also noticed-Ripped fabric on the sofas, garbage on the floor everywhere, and dirty bathrooms.There is a toddler only area where it says only 3 years or under are allowed, but it is not being monitored, so there were bigger kids running around which didn’t feel safe. I did not see any staff in the facility beyond the reception area.We won’t be coming back unless it gets a major overhaul.

Had birthday party for my daughter, great experience, friendly service (helped setup and cut/served the cake). Kids had a great time in the big playground. Lots of chairs for parents to sit. Wish they had less toys that required coins. Priced competitive vs what's around.

We came here on a Saturday afternoon and it was a lot of fun! Various things for kids to do and even parents can enjoy.The only complaints I have is that there are no staff to monitor the rules are being followed. There were kids running around with no socks. There were kids whipping down the largest slide and not waiting for others to get down. Children cannot read so the signs are not useful, you are assuming parents are actually supervising their children. Kids were climbing up the slides and no one was following the weight limits on things like the trampoline etc. I just think there should be some staff on the floor of the play area.A lot of the equipment was damaged and should just be removed.Overall, we all had a great time and it really is a fun play place.

Hello Candyland, my name is Nicole.I’d just like to say that the place is great and I’ve been coming here since I was 6 months old and now I’m turning ten next month and considering if I should have my birthday party here. The reason I’m not sure yet but considering is that I have seen the ball pit and I remember it was very full, but now it’s barely half and not as fun. On the parkour set there was a missing pole (where you jump pole to pole, not on the hanging things) and you would have to jump far. Myself I thought it was fun to jump really far but for the other kids not as much, I saw some little kids struggling and maybe some kids lower my age and they would have to walk to the pole and get on it. I felt bad that they couldn’t jump as far. Also as I was jumping I hurt myself, my foot and my leg. I would really like that you guys would fix this and maybe update the park. Thank you

Kids had a great time. Of all the play centres we've been, this is up there as the cleanest, biggest, and fair priced of them all. We went during the day and my three year old especially had a great time.

Too many games and equipment are not maintained or fixed. For the price of $19 plus tax per kid I would expect a better maintenance and safety.

Great price for the littles to play! Such a nice play centre with endless fun. Very clean and open set up. We are from Oshawa and are willing to travel to Vaughn just to go to this play centre :)

Too crowded, the snack area is poorly maintained, and there are no options to eat (the only 2 pizza slices available seemed old and dirty).There are no zero/sugarless pop options, so kids and adults with diabetes won't have any options aside from water.The play areas are not properly defined, so there are kids playing everywhere: on the floor, on the way, with the toys, on the actual play areas. It's dangerous and very untidy.Music is way too loud (gotta remember that there are already kids yelling), so it's not baby friendly. If you go with a younger sibling (under 1), you might have difficulties getting them to sleep.There are no monitors so no one controls how many kids are on the attractions (ex the trampoline), so rules are not enforced...putting our younger ones in danger.Lots of old balloons hanging from the ceiling - shows lack of care and maintenance.
