I went to the deluxe paint store a few days ago to get gallon of paint tinted that I previously purchased. I was greeted by one of the sales reps when I first came into the store. I was looking for a light grey to paint my bathroom and I had asked him if you would kindly help me choose a color. We ended up figuring out what color would work best and he quickly tinted to paint for me. Great customer service. I also love the deluxe paint I think it's the best paint that you can get. They will also color match any other color from another store so if you prefer other colors from other places you could just bring the swatching and they will do that for you. I definitely will go back.

This was an amazing location, both Jay and Rodger were very helpful from the second I walked in. They remembered my last project and asked how it went. We discussed my upcoming renovations, and they threw out some fantastic ideas. The moment they said Welcome back!" I knew this was a store that truly cared about their customers and pays attention to those who enter. Real fine establishment with excellent staff!!!!!"

Fantastic service!We went in 30 mins before close hoping to sneak in as the last customers. Dwayne helped us figure out exactly what we needed and mixed up our desired colors within minutes of us arriving. In this time he also serviced another late customer and answered 2 phone calls all with a smile on. He even offered us complimentary coffee! Overall great experience for us so big shout out to Dwayne, Thank You.

Fantastic Experience - customer service from Jay and his team was top-notch. So appreciative of the time that Jay took to help us find the right stain for our project, his willingness to work with us through the process and ensure we weren't leaving until 100% happy is hard to find. Recommend this being the first place you go whenever you have a project and let Jay take care of you. We will be back! Thanks

I came into the store for the Buy one get one free sale Dulux was having. The staff here were so helpful from start to finish. They helped me find products and advised me on the process. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. Great sale! Great staff! Clean store!

Condescending male staff. Entered empty store to spend my money and I was clearly bothering him. Placed my order, left to complete other tasks while it was being mixed. Returned to the empty store to have the female staff confused at my questions about picking up my paint and then I had to wait for her to mix it. Store was empty both times and the guy was sitting in the back corner on my return. Not a satisfied customer. They get two stars because she was helpful.

Went to the store because I was told Jay was the guy to help me with my deck project on my parents house. I was intimidated I knew I had a lot of work ahead of me. Jay gave me all the right advice but also made sure I felt like I was experienced and confident by the time I left and told me I can call at any point if I was unsure. I'm a contractor I have gone into this store many times! The entire staff is wonderful and helpful.They are very knowledgeable and are always willing to help you out.They are also being careful during these troubled times and I personally appreciate there attention to detail and hard work to keep everyone safe.Plus they are so quick!

Can't beat the customer service. I returned with my paint that I purchased with a problem. I had guessed on the paint colour selected to closely match what I had and wanted to repaint. They were able to play around with my can and get it very close to the sample I provided. They were patient and so very helpful. Thank you.

We have gone to this store many times since moving to Burlington and everyone we have worked with has been knowledgable, friendly and helpful. We are currently doing a renovation during COVID and were once again amazed by how helpful the staff were on the phone and helping us through choosing paint in this odd time.
